Abstract

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing rub-resistant ball slices. It is mainly related to print a pattern on the back of a TPU film, then place it into a mold to carry out the thermal-plastic forming and cut it into a shape of a ball slice, and the TPU film formed by cutting is placed into a mold for injecting a ball slice, combine the injected TPU foam with the TPU film to form a three-dimensional ball slice after being cooled, and then carry out the processing operation for combining them to form a sphere. And such ball slice is related to be printed with a pattern on the reverse side of the TPU leather material before injection. After the ball slice is formed, since the pattern is printed on the reverse side of the TPU leather material, the printed pattern will not be directly worn and torn when the sphere rolls and the front of the ball slice is rubbed, thereby the attractiveness and integrity of the printed pattern can be maintained. Furthermore, the method of this invention is related to be a way of foaming by TPU injection, which makes the formed ball slice exhibit high stability, the surface of the ball slice is in non-wrinkling condition, and such ball slice after being injected directly form a three-dimensional state, thereby the tedious and annoying manufacturing process can be reduced and the purpose of reducing the cost can be achieved.
