Abstract

The present invention relates to a planar white light organic light-emitting diode (OLED) lighting panel device having a parallel design, and more particularly to a white light OLED lighting panel device in any random shape and applicable to both AC and DC power. The white light OLED lighting panel device is mainly constituted by one or a plurality of OLEDs connected in parallel and each OLED is formed by covering an anode transparent conductive film, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer and a metal cathode sequentially on a common glass substrate. A voltage modulation circuit is incorporated to make the planar white light OLED lighting panel device suitable for the driving of DC power and AC power. Meanwhile, the planar white light OLED lighting panel device can be made in form of various geometric patterns and texts and expand its application scope and adaptivity of application and further significantly improve its economic benefits.
