Abstract

A prism sheet obtaining an optical character that cannot be obtained from a conventional prism sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The prism sheet 1 of this invention is characterized by: it includes a flat prism sheet substance 2, a prism portion 4 disposed on substantially entire of one surface of the flat prism sheet substance and a lens portion 6 disposed on part of another surface of the flat prism sheet substance.
