Abstract
A process of fabricating a lens array is provided. A self-assembled monolayer is formed on a substrate to make a hydrophilic region and a hydrophobic region. A liquid material is coated on the substrate so that a plurality of liquid lenses is condensed on the hydrophilic region and then solidified. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the lens array can be reduced. In addition, the performances of the electronic devices are improved by adding the lens array.
