Abstract
A zero insertion force terminal structure comprises a torque plate, a supporting part, and a soldering plate. The torque plate is installed on two sides of the upper portion with clamping arms, which are formed relatively in arc shape. The clamping arms have concave parts on the bottom, but most of the clamping arms are placed above the horizontal line of the upper part of the torque plate so as to cause the terminal to have minimum propagation distance without using a sliding block process.
