Abstract
An automatic punching and injection molding device of continuous feeding for decorative element, which comprises a continuous supplying module capable of continuously conveying a decorative element having predetermined thickness in between the first and second half-molds. Upon mold opening, the predetermined decorative block on the decorative element is moved to the predetermined position in between a first and second half-molds; upon mold closing, a punching portion is disposed into the mold module to separate the whole body of decorative block in the mold module out of the decorative element. The decorative block is directly injection-molded with the injection material, so that the decorative block presents the three-dimensional touch and visual vibration on the finished product, which, together with, having the advantages of making the decorative element the three-dimensional texture having predetermined thickness, saving the action and expense of punching in advance, reducing the deviation by manual placement and enhancing the safety, shortening the time necessary for the whole process, and eliminating the protection and transportation of decorative element after punching.
