Abstract

This invention provides a manufacturing method for a ratchet wrench body. The method comprises steps of punching an elongated aluminum alloy material into a basic blank with a shape at least comprising a head and a shank by forging; heat treating the basic blank for enhancement of its stiffness; turning and drilling the basic blank to increase precision for position or shape of slots or holes thereof; and finally surface treating the basic blank to increase the fineness and textture of its surface, thereby finishing the product.
