Abstract
A contracting system for employee welfare and a method comprise at least a subcontracting end, at least a contracting platform and at least a company or dispatched worker service end. The subcontracting end can send or deliver at least a subcontracting service request of employee welfare or at least an employee data of the subcontracting end to the contracting platform. A number of the employee data can be calculated to provide a reference for the company or the dispatched worker service end after the employee data of the subcontracting end are received by the contracting platform. The contracting platform can appoint a merchandise or service based on the subcontracting service request or the number of the employee data. A merchandise or service quote appointed by the contracting platform is provided by the company or the dispatched worker service end to the contracting platform. An appointed worker service is provided by the dispatched worker service end based on the subcontracting service request.
