Abstract
This invention relates to an " improvement of cylinder structure for a pneumatic tool," including a cylinder of a tubular shape having a seamless thin wall, which can be a seamless steel tube in practice. The outer circumference and inner bore of the cylinder are concentric. The cylinder is provided at an outer edge along its axial direction with two air intake indents and plural air intake openings. Two abrasion-resistant steel plates are individually formed with an eccentric hole and two open slits; two notches are formed at an end face. Two end plates are each provided with an eccentric hole and two air guide groove. An end of the air guide groove is communicated with the end face to form a notch. By sequentially mounting the abrasion-resistant plates and the end plates to the opponent ends of the cylinder, and causing the air intake indents, notches of the abrasion-resistant steel plates and the notches of the air guide grooves to be at the same position, air is first flown into the air guide grooves from the air intake grooves towards the notches the abrasion-resistant steel plates, and then flown into the open slots to be introduced into the cylinder. The air is then caused to enter through the bore of the cylinder to actuate the pneumatic tool. This invention is based on the creativity of the inventor thereby developing and creating a cylinder structure with light weight, low cost and improved effects. By adopting the creative design of this invention, this invention intends to provide a more economical and practical cylinder structure for the pneumatic tool industry.
