Abstract

This invention discloses an anti-fake coated white paper, which is characterized in that pattern layers formed by a spraying method are provided on the coated white paper. The pattern layers are achromatic, colorful, or fluorescent. The pattern layers are arranged between layers of the white paper, between a surface layer and a core paper layer, or between a core paper layer and a bottom paper layer. The pattern layers are one layer or multiple layers, and the patterns are various regular and irregular figures as straight lines, curved lines, company marks, and customer logos. The pattern layers are uniformly distributed. Between the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer is arranged at least one core paper layer, and at one pattern layer is arranged between the surface paper layer and a core paper layer, or between a core paper layer and another core paper layer, or between the bottom paper layer and a core paper layer. The manufacturing method comprises (1) manufacturing pulp; (2) delivering the surface paper layer, the core paper layer (at least one layer), and the bottom paper layer to a paper machine together to process transcribing; and (3) sparying at least one pattern layer by the spraying method on the core halftone and bottom halftone of the halftone section of the paper machine.
