Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a fermented vegetal drink, comprising providing more than one lactic acid bacteria and a vegetable drink, adding the above bacteria whose amounts are 0.01~5.0%(v/v) in total and monosodium glutamate into the vegetable drink, fermenting the vegetable drink at about 20 to 40 DEG C, and obtaining a lactic acid fermented vegetal drink. The present invention further relates to a method for preparing fermented drinks rich in γ-amimobutyric acid. The present invention further relates to fermented vegetal drinks. The present invention further relates to fermented drinks rich in γ-amimobutyric acid.
