Abstract

The present invention provides a structural design of document folder and its cover. The document folder includes a housing part and a binding part. The binding part is installed on one side of the housing part. Furthermore, the housing part has three sealed sides, and its open side has a bag-shaped structure towards the binding part. A dotted-semi-broken cut line is installed on the outer side of the housing part away from the binding part. This dotted-semi-broken cut line can be easily torn off by a user so that the housing part of the document folder turns into a cuff shape in which its top-and-bottom sides form a sealed side and its left-and-right sides form an open side for the convenience of storage and turning of a stack of documents. When the cut line is not torn off, the housing part is a bag-shaped structure providing storage of ordinary documents. According to this structure, the present invention improves the disadvantages of a conventional document folder that allows no flipping while collecting a stack of documents, and that a cuff-shaped document folder is unable to hold ordinary documents (non-stacked-type documents). This achieves an advanced objective of providing a multi-purposed document folder. Furthermore, the cover of document folder includes a self-adhesive strip on a plurality of symmetrical line holes. As a result, this document folder has adhesive functions and forms a complete data book.
