Abstract

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a luminescent pottery product with energy saving function, which consists substantially of the following steps: (1) after luminescent pigment is mixed with a solvent averagely, a clay body can be smeared therewith; and (2) the clay body being smeared with the mixture of the luminescent pigment and solvent can be placed into a kiln for further heating, the temperature and time of which must be controlled, and then take it out of the kiln for cooling at a room temperature. From the above, the luminescent pigment can be further mixed with an additive and auxiliary material as a luminescent thick liquid for the smearing of the clay body. The clay body can be heated in the kiln once to be a pottery product or brick with a white enamel surface; the process of smearing be done by hand, sprinkling or a silk net with meshes. Accordingly, it can save more energy without any dangers, avoid pollutions, use safe light sources and be applied largely in many fields and locations as main advantages.
