Abstract
This invention relates to an extracting, concentrating, and manufacturing method of a medicine solution. A feeding vacuum pump is started to generate vacuum in an extracting tank, enabling the raw material, alcohol, and pure water to enter the extracting tank in fixed quantity by utilizing vacuum attraction principle. After completing the first extraction, the medicine residue is remained in the extracting tank when discharging the solution. Only the extract solution is discharged by the extract solution discharging system, so as to enter into the extract solution buffering tank after being filtered by the solution/residue separating machine, and is then sent to the extract solution storing tank by the extract solution transporting pump. After completing the second extraction, the extract solution and the medicine residue are both discharged by the medicine residue discharging system and are performed with solution/residue separation by the solution/residue separating machine, the extract solution being activated according to the aforementioned steps. At this time, the medicine residue enters into the squeezing machine to squeeze out the medicine solution contained in the medicine residue, and the medicine solution is then sent back to the solution/residue separating machine to perform solution/residue separation and the medicine residue is sent to the medicine residue collecting zone by a medicine residue conveyer. Then, a vacuum pump of a concentrating machine is started to generate vacuum in the concentrating machine, to draw the extract solution from the extract solution storing tank into the concentrating machine via piping utilizing vacuum attraction principle, to perform treatment of concentrating operation. All the processes like raw material, alcohol, and pure water feeding in fixed quantity, extraction temperature, extraction time, solution/residue separation, filtering, concentration, and residue discharging, are automatically controlled. Accordingly, this invention not only can reduce the parameter setting time and decrease the parameter setting error generated by the operator, but also can save the man power and maintain the consistency of the product, so as to maintain the consistency of quality, and truly enhance the production speed.
