This invention provides a probe with plural semicircular slots. It comprises a main body, and a front end. The main body has a central axle. The front end has a contact end, and a cone part. The cone part has a pair of liquid storage parts. Each has plural semicircular slots for storing a liquid. The plural semicircular slots are substantially perpendicular to the central axle. Further, the probe has a vertical trough built on the cone part and connected with the plural semicircular slots and the contact end, vertical trough being capable of guiding the liquid. The manufacturing method for the probe comprises the following procedures: preparation, fabrication of the semicircular slots, fabrication of the vertical trough, and completion. Eventually, the probe achieves the effects of storing more liquid, and easily handle.
