Abstract

The invention discloses a sensing device of a hand tool comprising a sensing unit which is buried in the inner wall of a pulling portion of a hand tool main portion. The sensing unit is connected to a processing unit, and the sensing unit changes the output signal when being pressed. When the hand tool main portion turns a screw element, the sensing unit takes the reaction force which is produced from turning the screw element, so the processing unit calculates the accurate torsion value and shows on a display which is supplied to a user for reference. The sensing unit of the invention is set in the pulling portion, and takes the stress which is produced from turning the screw element directly. Therefore the measuring torsion value is more accurate than the data which is transformed indirectly from the deformation of a strain gauge. The invention has the practicability and inventive step, and is quite worthy of popularizing in industrial circles to make public.
