Abstract

A portable electronic apparatus includes a shell, a touch component, a pressing element, an elastic element, and an acting element. The shell has an opening and a first pivotally connecting portion. The touch component is disposed in the shell and is located at a closed position. The opening of the shell exposes a part of the touch component. In addition, the touch component has a second pivotally connecting portion and a first locking portion. The pressing element has a touch portion and a second locking portion, wherein the second locking portion is locked with the first locking portion. One end of the elastic element is connected to the pressing element and the other end is connected to the shell. The acting element is connected to the touch component and the shell, respectively. The first locking portion and the second locking portion are separated when the pressing element move to the first direction and the touch component is rotated to a open position according to the acting element.
