Abstract

An organic electroluminescence device including a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer and an organic functional layer disposed therebetween is provided. The organic functional layer includes an electroluminescence layer disposed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, an hole transporting layer disposed between the first electrode layer and the electroluminescence layer, an hole-tunneling interface layer disposed between the first electrode layer and the hole transporting layer, an electron transporting layer disposed between the second electrode layer and the electroluminescence layer, and a electron injection layer disposed between the second electrode layer and the electron transporting layer. The hole-tunneling interface layer includes an n-type doped layer and a p-type doped generating layer. The injection of the holes is enhanced by the tunneling effect occurring at the interface of the n-type doped layer and the p-type doped generating layer, such that the operating voltage of the device is reduced and the stability of the device is further enhanced.
