The present invention relates to a backlight module without light guide plate and diffuser, comprising a reflective layer with diffusing structure disposed on a substrate of back plate; at least one reflector arranged on one side of the reflective layer; at least one lighting element disposed on the substrate of back plate; a light-transmissive plate is set above at least one reflector to form a closed space, so as to complete installation of backlight module without light guide plate and diffuser. Another backlight module without light guide plate and diffuser is disclosed. The diffusing structure of the backlight module is formed directly on the substrate of back plate. Lighting emission is made uniform by employing the reflective layer or the diffusing structure on the substrate of back plate, thereby increasing optical efficiency.
