The invention is about a heat exchanger with bypass. The goals of heat exchange and neutralization, reduction of compressor usage, and energy saving will be achieved. The use of an intermediate heat exchanger can control the system load by adjusting the high/low pressure ratio of system coolant accordingly; the efficiency of the system will be enhanced.
