Abstract

The cooling device includes a heat pipe including an evaporating section and a condensing section adjacent of the mold. The evaporating section is located in the mold adjacent the cavity. The condensing section projects from the mold. The cooling device further includes a fan located on the mold for improving heat exchange between the condensing section and the ambient air.
