Abstract

The invention provides an improved structure of socket of wrench. It mainly consists of driving edges, receptacle grooves, and concave grooves arranged annularly in sequence inside the socket on its driving end. Every driving surface inside the socket comprises a convex surface of appropriate arc. The receptacle groove is formed between every two driving surfaces. One concave groove is formed at the central point of the convex surface of every driving edge, which divides the one-single arc surface of driving edge into two arc surfaces. By means of this design, the socket can engage with bolts or nuts of various shapes so as to increase the versatility of the socket.
