Abstract

Disclosed are a device for forming a pre-formed opening in a concrete floor deck and a construction method thereof. The forming device comprises a form and a plurality of forming units mounted on the form. The forming unit comprises a rod, a tube positioned on the form and surrounding the rod, and a connection device connecting the rod and the tube. The form is provided with at least one connection hole for connecting the rod. The tube has a side wall delimiting a channel for forming the pre-formed opening of the floor deck. By means of direct connection between the connection hole of the form and the rod, the tube can be fixed to the form and precise operation of construction is made easy and stable quality is ensured. Also, the mounting precision of the rod can be enhanced.
