Abstract

This invention provides a light-emitting diode backlight module, which includes a heat dissipating device in the form of heat fins and formed at a top center with a protrusion therein and added with a heat dissipating fan; at least one metal core circuit board provided to the protrusion at the top center of the heat dissipating device for packaging a light-emitting chip-on-board; and at least one circuit board provided on a shoulder of a side of the protrusion of the heat dissipating device to serve as an electrical-control interface of each of the metal core circuit board. Accordingly, this invention resolves the problem for dissipating heat of light-emitting diode that serve as a backlight module while providing the effects of high power, low thermal resistance and easy electrical control.
