Abstract
This invention relates to a high brightness light emitting diode (LED) lighting device and the manufacturing process thereof, which comprises a lighting module. The lighting module comprises a light source body, a permanent fixing panel, a light pervious panel, a fastening screw, waterproof packing material, and a heat conduction fastening seat, tightly connected to form an airtight body. The light source body is constituted of a plurality of LED bulb welded on a circuit board. The permanent fixing panel is used for tightly pressing the LED bulbs on the light source body and the heat conduction fastening seat together to increase the heat conduction performance. The permanent fixing panel further has a plurality of holes of which the inner surface can be directly made to be an optical light reflecting surface or fit on a layer of optical reflecting panel to directly guide and send out the light emitted from the LED. Light pervious panel is placed between the permanent panel and the cover panel, using cover panel, waterproof packing material, and fastening screw to be tightly locked with the permanent panel, so as to achieve the object of sealing up. The backside of the circuit board is tightly connected with the heat conduction fastening seat with heat dissipation function, using the waterproof packing material in-between to tightly lock thereof, so as to achieve the object of sealing up and weatherproofing. The lighting module can be further connected tightly with a lampshade enabling the heat of the LED to be transferred to the lampshade through the circuit board and the heat conduction fastening seat and then transferred to the air from the lampshade. According to this invention, three functions of heat dissipation, optics, and weatherproofing can be integrated to assure permanent tight contact between heat conduction fastening seat and circuit board, so as to enhance the heat dissipation function, assure the reliability and lifetime of the product, and enhance the optical efficiency and weatherproofness.
