Abstract
This invention relates to a self-serviced smart card issuing method, using an automatic service equipment that is connected to a financial institute to issue the smart card, including the steps of: (a) the automatic service equipment reading relevant information of a cardholder and a password entered by the cardholder; (b) the automatic service equipment connecting to the financial institute; (c) the financial institute determining whether the relevant information and password of the cardholder is correct; (d) if the relevant information and password of the cardholder is correct, the financial institute providing card issuance information for the smart card; and (e) the financial institute issuing the smart card through the automatic service equipment.
