Abstract

The present invention provides a method for producing an EVA foam sole formed with two parts with different hardness, which comprises the following steps: preparing a suitable material mainly consisted of EVA to produce un-cross-linked, un-foamed, and block-like first blank and second blank, in which the first blank and the second blank have different color and hardness; separately mounting the first blank and the second blank into a mold, in which pre-determined parts of the first blank and the second blank are adjacent to each other in order to jointly forming an un-foamed, small-sized sole; maintaining the mold at a suitable working temperature in order to initializing internal cross-linking and foaming of the first blank and the second blank; and opening the mold to obtain a sole combined with the first blank and the second blank and foamed into a desired geometry.
