Abstract
A pick-up head is provided to raise the data reading and recording quality. By changing the inclining angle of the pick-up head and moving the lens frame 16 horizontally, the laser from the light source would focus on the disk, then the pick-up head reads or records the data. The pick-up head includes a reflective body 18, a checking light detector 26, and an inclining angle obtaining device. The reflective body 18 is disposed on the lens frame 16, and reflects some part of the light emitted from the light source to the lens frame. The checking light detector 26 is fixed on a position where the reading and the recording laser reflected by the reflective body 18 serves as the checking reflective light 24, the accepted light quantity of the checking reflective light 24 varies according to the inclining angle of the lens frame. The inclining angle obtaining device obtains the inclining angle of the lens according to the accepted light quantity checked by the checking light detector 26.
