Abstract
The invention relates to a method of gluing shoe parts via transfer of reactive hotmelt adhesive. More specifically, this invention relates to a method of gluing shoe parts via transfer of reactive hotmelt adhesive comprising applying reactive hotmelt adhesive on a transfer sheet that is made from thermosetting rubber or covered with thermosetting rubber using a coater, transferring a transfer sheet that has been coated with adhesive and the adhering surface of a shoe item (bonding item), trimming of a bonding item to the shape of other shoe materials to be glued together, and heat activation of the bonding item at 50-70 DEG C for 1-5 minutes and gluing it to other shoe parts. The method of this invention can be applied to various types of shoe manufacturing processes and the method of adhesion of shoe parts by transferring reactive hotmelt adhesive. This invention is superior to preexisting methods and also has been modified to allow easy adhesion of even the bonding items with uneven or curved surfaces or both.
