Abstract
This invention relates to a breast milk simulated total nutritious food which is a dairy based total nutritious food for human, mainly comprising protein source, carbohydrate source, fat source, vitamins, mineral, special nutritious ingredients and β-palmitic acid fat composition, especially for infants, aged people, and pregnant women. The add in β-palmitic acid fat composition added in this invention is similar to breast milk in composition proportion of content and configuration of structure, so that the total nutritious food of this invention can achieve the similar effect of drinking breast milk in terms of digestion and absorption mode, energy supply, calcium absorption, and defecation condition.
