Abstract
An oxygen generator which is easy to use, free of causing environment pollution and capable of providing low cost oxygen, as well as a cartridge therefore, is disclosed. The oxygen generator comprises a cartridge receiving part for receiving changeable cartridge filled with hydrogen peroxide, and a removable cap part for sealing the opening face of the cartridge receiving space of the cartridge receiving part, said cap part having a breaking strip for breaking said sealing the of the cartridge in the cartridge receiving space upon fixing the cap part to the cartridge receiving part, soaking in the hydrogen peroxide thereafter, and holding metal catalyst contacting the hydrogen peroxide and generating oxygen, and a nozzle for spreading the oxygen gathering in the top of the cartridge. The cartridge is filled of hydrogen peroxide and the top opening thereof is sealed by a sealing breakable by the breaking strip of the cap part.
