Abstract

This invention provides a method for producing embroidery clothes and its products. The proposed method mainly comprises separately weaving an upper embroidery filament on the top face of an embroidery substrate and a lower base filament on the bottom face of the embroidery substrate so that the upper embroidery filament forms a grain and pattern on the top face of the substrate, in which the lower base filament can be an ordinary yarn or selectively a water soluble yarn. Thus, the part where the upper embroidery filament joins with an ordinary yarn forms a permanently fixed status, and the part where the water soluble yarn joins with the upper embroidery filament forms a temporarily fixed status. Next, the embroidered product is immersed in a solution at a suitable temperature sufficient to melt the water soluble yarn. As a result, the selectively adopted water soluble yarn is dissolved. Thus, the part where the water soluble yarn joins the upper embroidery filament changes from a temporarily fixed status to an un-fixed mobile end. Finally, the un-fixed mobile ends on the upper embroidery filament are picked out of the top face of the substrate so that the upper embroidery filament is partially fixed on the substrate, and the part with mobile ends is protruded from the top face of the substrate to form a 3-D status, thereby producing a piece of embroidery cloth with protruded 3-D grain and pattern.
