200523313 (1) 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於以含有羰基的聚合物爲基礎作爲複合材 料絕熱系統之黏合劑之水可再分散的分散粉末之使用。 【先前技術】 多年來,均聚物和共聚物被用於建築應用作爲水力固 化系統的聚合物添加劑,其以分散粉末形式爲佳。分散粉 末於此建築材料中之作用的總覽見於 Tonindnstrie Zeitung ΤΙΖ9,1 98 5,ρ·69 8。添加分散粉末有助於大幅改善 水力固化系統的性質,如:黏著性、拉張彎曲強度、耐刮 性,特別是於嚴格接觸角度區域(如:燒結的瓷磚和塑 膠)之黏著性。聚合物泡沬(如:發泡的聚苯乙烯板形 式)特別用於複合材料絕熱系統,以達到所欲的絕熱效 果。藉塗抹用組成物(其通常含有以無官能基的均聚物和 共聚物爲基礎之分散粉末)進行聚合物泡沬(絕熱材料) 之黏著結合。藉此塗抹用組成物形成的黏著結合的一個缺 點在於塗抹用組成物和絕熱材料之間的拉張結合強度相當 低,特別是暴於水(濕黏著)之後。但希望無論施於黏著 結合上的環境變化如何(即,無水或含水),絕熱黏合劑 所具有的拉張結合強度穩定且高程度。 ΕΡ 1 1 4 8 03 8描述以乙烯酯聚合物爲基礎之水可分散 的聚合物粉末用於建築黏著組成物(包括絕熱黏著劑)。 此聚合物含有親水性共聚單體,其具有,如,以聚合物總 -4- 200523313 (2) 重計之〇·2至1·5重量%的羧基、醯胺、腈和磺酸基。使 用親水性共聚單體使得所述建築黏合劑的拉張結合強度獲 改善,即使於含水儲存之後亦然。此所提及的專利案中未 提及使用具有官能基的共聚單體。 ΕΡ 0 894 822提出一種可交聯的水可再分散粉末組成 物,其以具有官能(可交聯)基團之非水溶性的聚合物、 水溶性聚合物和交聯劑(以鹽形式存在)爲基礎。此水溶 性聚合物含有具有取代基選自醛、酮、環氧基、異氰酸酯 基、羧酸酐和氮丙啶基團的官能性共聚單體。較佳共聚單 體於水中的溶解度皆欠佳並因此可被歸類爲疏水性。所提 出的文獻中並未述及複合材料絕熱系統中所提及的粉末組 成物之使用。 【發明內容】 因此’本發明的目的是要提出水可分散的成膜分散粉 末,其黏著性(特別是濕黏著性)質獲改善,其可用於複 合材料絕熱系統作爲黏合劑。 【實施方式】 藉使用水可分散的分散粉末可達到此目的,此粉末以 下列物種爲基礎: 一或多種共聚物,其包含具一或更多個羰基的單體並 藉至少一種保護用膠體而穩定。 含有羯基的較佳單體帶有醛和/或酮基。已經發現 -5- 200523313 (3) 到,使用含羰基的單體(其衍生自αΘ -不飽和化合物 (末端不飽和))特別有用。 較佳單體是式(I)所示不飽和(C3-C25)-醛 /〇 / m 鏈嫌基—C () \ Η 其中鏈烯基是具2至24個碳原子的單不飽和或多不飽和 直鏈或支鏈基團,或 式(II)所示a,y5-不飽和(C4-C25)酮 〇 (II) 鏈烯基 一 C 一 (CnH2n+1) 其中η是1至12的整數,鏈烯基是具2至23個碳原子的 單不飽和或多不飽和直鏈或支鏈基團,或 式(III )所示a,yS -不飽和化合物
