Description

再 者’使裝在扣合具的無線I C晶片同時具有主動式及被動 式雙方之功能,藉由可用電源使其具備至少有數年之電力 啓動功能’以使之在製造或販賣階段中來自於無線I C晶 -11 - Description of the invention [Technical field to which the invention belongs] The present invention relates to: for example, a zipper, a buckle, a buckle with a belt body, a rail-shaped buckle with an engaging strip, a buckle, Various types of fasteners such as slings, strap adjustments, swivel buckles, snaps, etc., especially for wireless IC chips that can achieve product management functions or various security functions in narrow and wide areas Or various fasteners for identifying media such as wireless IC chips and antennas for transmitting and receiving signals, and objects to be installed with the fasteners. It should be noted that the identification medium described in the present specification and the scope of the patent application is used as a medium having a readable and / or readable symbol and an ID (IdentifUation) identification symbol. As a memory medium, it is represented by RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), additions with identification means and identification information holders containing the additions, or characters or graphics embedded with secret information having the same identification means. As R FID, R F ID of sand wafer or RFID of crystal wafer can be used. RFID is sometimes called a wireless 1C or 1C tag. The communication distance of RFID is zero to ten centimeters. It is more suitable to be less than 10 mm. Furthermore, the present invention also includes a contact type 1C chip which can communicate only when the IC chip is in contact with the read / write device. In addition, as the identification information holder, for example, there is an identification medium in which a rare earth element is mixed into a resin, and the type and addition amount of the mixed rare earth element are used as identification information indicating specific information, which is called "resin genome ( p I age η 〇m (registered trademark)), or the so-called DNA that mixes part of the DNA information from Health-5-200529776 (2) with artificially made synthetic dnA in ink Ink (registered trademark), etc. By using nuclear magnetic resonance to detect or optically detect infrared light, etc., the synthetic DNA information mixed in the ink is read out. Characters or patterns embedded as secret information with identification means 5 include: identification media that incorporates identification systems that respond to infrared rays, etc., into the media, and can be identified by irradiating infrared rays, etc. The identification system in the media; or the identification media in which characters, patterns, patterns, etc. are set on the media, are those who can identify the same characters, patterns, patterns, etc. [Prior art] In recent years, in the production stage, non-contact identification tags (ID tags) for data communication using wireless communication methods are embedded in products, thereby implementing the integration from the production of products to the sale. Management of commodities, or to prevent the loss, theft, and counterfeiting of commodities. In addition, there are proposals to put identification tags in clothes to prevent wandering and loss of patients with dementia. A general non-contact identification tag is composed of a wireless 1C chip with a CPU or memory that can do data processing, signal modulation and amplification, and its transmitting and receiving antenna. As the power source of the wireless 1C chip, there are a form in which the start-up power is generated by receiving electromagnetic waves from an external reading device, the generated start-up power is used as a power source, and a form of a power battery with a wireless 1C chip is provided. When reading the data stored in the wireless 1C chip with an external reading device-6-200529776 (3) For the form without a power battery, it is a receiving antenna built into the identification tag It has the function of receiving the control signal from the reading device, and also has the function of a coil. The electromagnetic wave emitted from the external reading device is used to generate the start-up power for the coil serving as the receiving antenna, and the wireless IC chip performs the operation with the same start-up power. Those with a power battery do not use the receiving antenna to generate startup power, but use the power battery to operate the wireless IC chip. Although the wireless IC chip is in an operable state, the necessary data is taken from the memory in the wireless 1C chip according to the control signal from the reading device, and the same data is used as the response data. The reader responds with a letter. The response signal is received on the receiving antenna of the reading device, and the response data is analyzed in the control unit of the reading device. This response data is data stored in the wireless IC chip. After being temporarily stored in the reading device, it is sent to a control device such as a personal computer. In addition, according to the control signal sent from the reading device, the data stored in the wireless chip can be updated or replaced, etc., which can be executed by the function of the wireless IC chip. When data is read from the memory in the wireless IC chip, or when data is written, various secure encryption methods can be sought in advance. An example of such a handle for a slide fastener with an identification tag is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2 002-] 2 5 72 1 (Patent Document 1). The handle disclosed in the same bulletin is, for example, a handle body 5 made of a soft material such as metal or synthetic resin, leather, thick cloth as shown in Fig. 51; 1C chip 5 4 and a coil antenna are embedded in the handle. 5 3, coil antenna 5 3 and 1C crystal 200529776 (4) The piece 5 4 is enclosed in a thin glass tube 5 5. When the handle body 51 is made of a metal material, an embedded hole 5 2 of a glass tube 55 is formed in the same body 51, and a receiving and sending credit slot 5 6 is formed on the wall surface of the embedded body 5 2 to communicate with each other. The coil antenna 5 3 on the receiving and sending credit slot 56 is arranged between the coil antenna 5 3 and the external reading device, and the coil antenna 5 3 and the IC chip 54 are incorporated in a manner capable of transmitting and receiving signals. After the thin glass tube 5 5 is inserted into the embedding hole 5 2, the embedding hole 5 2 is sealed with epoxy resin to form an embedded tag (ID tag) formed by the coil antenna 53 and the IC chip 54.的 拉柄 体 51 1. The handle body 5 1. When the handle body 51 is made of synthetic resin, the handle R-body 51 is made of a synthetic resin material having electromagnetic permeability. The identification label enclosed in the glass tube 55 is the same as the metal handle body described above, and is sealed in the above-mentioned embedding with epoxy resin to form a handle body 51 having the identification label embedded therein. When the handle body 51 is made of a leather material or a cloth material, an embedded glass tube 55 is formed in the handle body 51. The identification tag enclosed by the coil antenna 5 3 and the IC chip 54 which are enclosed in the glass tube 55 is reinforced by being covered with a metal tube with a long hole for receiving and sending credit. The reinforced identification tag is housed in the above-mentioned burial. On the other hand, an example of an integrated clothes button in which the above-mentioned identification tag is embedded is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-2 21 00 (Literature Reference 2). The button for clothing disclosed in the bulletin is like the 5 2 handle. Sealing the above, due to the different labeling, the hole 52 made of the material is formed in the space to be used as a button for space (shown in 200529776 (5)) is a button body made of hard resin with electromagnetic permeability. The button body A ring-shaped recess 64 is formed on the surface of 62, and a sewing foot 61 for sewing buttons to clothes is integrally protruded on the back. As shown in FIG. At the same time, the helical coil antenna 65 electrically connected to the wireless IC chip 66 is arranged around the recess 64. The identification tag formed by the wire IC chip 66 and the coil antenna 65 is arranged. After the inside of the recess 64, epoxy resin 67 is poured into the recess 64 to be cured to seal and waterproof the other tags formed by the coil antenna 65 and the wireless IC chip 66, so that a buckle with an identification tag is formed. Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-2-1 2 5 7 2 Patent Document 2: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000- 4 2 1 00 [Inventive Content] Question) To embed the identification tag until the above date Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002- 1 2 5 72] The handle body disclosed in the gazette must have an identification tag enclosed in glass. When an impact is applied to the handle body 51 or an obstacle hits the receiving / sending credit When the glass tube 55 exposed by the slit 56 is waiting for time, the glass tube 55 may be damaged, and the broken glass sheet may fly out from the receiving slit 56. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2 0 0 2 -The button disclosed in Gazette No. 4 2 1 0 was installed in the button for the first time because it was sewn to clothes and the like. Therefore, the shape of the 1C-shaped button on the surface of the winter house is blocked and the button tube is blocked. 200529776 (6 As for the buttons of the identification tag, the use is limited. In addition, in order to embed the antenna in the button, the length of the antenna is also limited. Therefore, the signal reception between the tag and the identification tag in a wide range In particular, the use of fasteners such as sliding zippers is being widely used, ranging from handbags, bags to clothes, etc., and their use forms also span several ranges. Therefore, for Use here The zipper of the range is expected to not use a glass tube, and it is also desirable to provide an identification tag in an easy-to-use shape for fasteners other than buttons. Furthermore, in the above-mentioned conventional example, an external reading device is used to wirelessly store the memory. The reading of the data in the 1C chip is only possible in a narrow area with a short distance between the identification tag and the reading device. Therefore, it is expected to develop even in a wide range. The identification tag technology can also be used in a wide area. In addition, when the identification tag is installed on a product such as clothes or a handbag, it is necessary to have personnel and time to separately install the identification tag on each product. In this case, the parts manufacturer and the apparel industry manufacturer must individually manage all the way from production to sales, which leads to the problem that integrated product management from product production to logistics and sales cannot be performed. In addition, the wireless 1C chip for judging the authentic product after the product is delivered to the customer is only required to transmit a signal in response to a signal from the reading device. In the logistics management of the manufacturing or sales stage, although the reach of the radio waves from the wireless] C chip is not required, it is only expected that the radio waves sent from the wireless IC chip can be read in a stable state within a predetermined range- 10- 200529776 • (7) Device receives mail. In addition, the wireless IC chip has an active type with a built-in power source and a passive type without a built-in power source. However, the active type has the problem of losing the transmission function of the wireless 1C chip within a few years depending on the battery life. On the passive side, it is technically difficult and costly to increase the reach of the radio waves from the wireless 1C chip, and it is difficult to mount the wireless IC chip on the fastener when the wireless IC chip is enlarged. The present invention has been invented in order to solve these problems. For manufacturers of parts that sell fasteners such as sliding zippers, as long as the identification tags are installed on each fastener in advance, it is only necessary to attach the fasteners equipped with the same identification tag to the product as the object to be installed. It can cooperate with the product management of the buckle to perform integrated product management on the product. Therefore, in the present invention, for fasteners such as sliding zippers, in the production stage, the wireless IC chip or the contact IC chip 'or the so-called "resin genome (Plagenom (registered (Trademark)) ", or the so-called" DNA ink (registered trademark) "in which artificially produced synthetic DNA is mixed in ink from a part of DNA information from living things, or a secret is buried Recognition media such as text or graphics are placed in it to solve the above problems. In addition, when the antenna is mounted on an object to which the fastener of the wireless IC chip is mounted, it can be used even in a wide area. Furthermore, 'the wireless IC chip mounted on the buckle can have both active and passive functions, and it can be equipped with a power-on function for at least several years by the available power supply' so that it comes from wireless during the manufacturing or sales stage. IC Crystal-11-200529776 (8) The radio waves of the chip are in a stable state within a predetermined range, and can be received by the reading device. After the end of the life of the power supply, it can be maintained from the reading device side. Function of sending signals. In addition, an active wireless IC chip and a passive wireless IC chip are mounted on the clip to synchronize the wireless IC chips of both parties, or only one of the wireless IC chips can be selectively operated. The use of active wireless IC chips until the end of the battery life can make the wireless chip from the wireless Ϊ c chip to stably emit radio waves within a predetermined range. After the end of the battery, the use of passive wireless IC chips can respond to The signal from the reading device side keeps the function of transmitting. When the identification medium is a wireless 1C chip, for the installation of the wireless 1C chip, the wireless 1C chip and the antenna insertion hole are formed in the above components. The wireless] C chip can be embedded in and removed from the antenna. This hole is for mounting. Furthermore, by incorporating the wireless IC chip and the antenna in any of the constituent elements of the zipper, the wireless IC chip and the antenna can be simultaneously assembled in the zipper during the manufacturing process of the zipper. -24- 200529776 (21) Furthermore, by forming a wireless IC chip and a hole into which the antenna can be detachably inserted in any one of the constituent elements of the zipper in advance, it is feared that it may be read improperly from the reading device. When the data in the wireless IC chip is inadvertently written, the wireless IC chip and the antenna can be taken out from the hole in advance to prevent it. It is also possible to use a contact type 1C chip instead of a wireless Ic chip and an antenna. According to the ninth basic structure of the present invention, since the buckle has a wireless J c chip, a power battery, and an antenna, it is not necessary to generate a start-up power from a signal from a reading device, and the structure of the antenna does not have to be formed into a loop. shape. However, it is possible to use a loop-shaped receiving antenna. When using a loop-shaped antenna, the wireless 1C chip installed in the buckle can have both active and passive functions, so that it can be powered on for at least several years by the power supply. . Therefore, in the manufacturing or sales stage, the radio wave from the wireless IC chip can receive the signal from the reading device in a stable state within a certain range, and after the life of the power supply is finished, it can respond to the reading device side. Signal while maintaining the sending function. Furthermore, the active wireless IC chip and the passive wireless IC chip are mounted on a clip to synchronize the wireless 1C chips of both sides, or selectively operate only one of the wireless IC chips. In this way, using the active wireless IC chip until the battery life is exhausted, the radio wave from the wireless IC chip can be stably transmitted within a certain range. When the battery life is over, the passive wireless IC chip can be used. The function of transmitting signals is maintained in response to a signal from the reading device-25- 200529776 (22). Since the power battery with the wireless IC chip mounted on the fastener is installed, it is possible to adjust the intensity of the electromagnetic wave transmitted from the antenna by using the number of the power battery installed, etc., and the desired output can be output from the antenna. Thereby, in cooperation with the antenna configured with the buckle, the transmission and reception between the wireless 1C chip and the reading device can be performed in a wide area. For a fastener tape body that can be separated left and right like a zipper, a power battery can be mounted on one of the fastener tape bodies, and a wireless IC chip can be mounted on the other fastener tape body. In this case, a switch mechanism can be formed on the opening and closing insert that separates the two buckle belts. When the opening and closing insert is fitted, the switch is turned on to enable the current of the power battery. And the voltage is supplied to the wireless 1C chip. When the opening / closing insert is opened, the switch is turned off (0FF), and the current and voltage from the power battery are stopped from being supplied to the wireless 1C chip. Thereby, the operation of the wireless IC chip can be controlled by opening (0 N) or closing (0 F F) by using the fitting and separating operations of the opening and closing insert. When one of the male and female components of the snap is equipped with a wireless IC chip and an antenna, a power battery can be installed on the other component, and the power battery and the wireless IC chip are connected by the engagement of the female and male components. When opening and closing, the power battery and the wireless IC chip are disconnected to form a switching mechanism between the yin and yang members. In the past, the wireless 1C chip and antenna were mounted on such fasteners, and it was possible to automatically install the wireless 1C chip and antenna together with the above-mentioned fasteners such as a belt without using a special installation work. -26- 200529776 (23) According to the first basic structure of the present invention, a shielding material made of a conductive metal plate or the like is arranged at a portion covering the wireless 1C chip or antenna, and the shielding material can be installed and removed freely. On the buckle. By shielding the wireless IC chip or antenna with the g shielding material, it is possible to prohibit the reception of signals with the reading device. Therefore, the data stored in the wireless IC chip cannot be accessed improperly, and the security of privacy can be improved. . Also, it is possible to prevent the tampering data and the like from being stored in the wireless IC chip from the reading device. The shielding material can be formed using a metal plate, a metal mesh, or a resin containing a conductive material. According to the 11th basic structure of the present invention, the identification medium can be arbitrarily shielded with the shielding material by covering the identification material with the D buckle D and placing a detachable covering material, and the reading device can be prohibited. Receiving signals from time to time prevents various data and materials held in the identification media from being accessed improperly, thereby improving confidentiality and security. In addition, it is possible to prevent the tampering data and the like from being stored in the identification medium from the reading device. Moreover, as the identification media, "they are ultimately constituted between the engaging surfaces of the buckle", so the identification media need only be placed on the engaging surface of the buckle, or simply buried or added. It is possible to easily attach the identification medium to the buckle. In the second basic configuration of the present invention, an antenna or a signal line for a wireless IC chip and various sensors required as necessary are arranged in the object, and various sensors can be connected through the same signal line. To wireless] c chip. The antenna can be connected to a wireless IC chip. Therefore, the authenticity of the installation object can be judged or difficult. Commodity management, etc. In addition, since the subject has a husband and a god ^ 丨, | 日 Π / 由-Ⅹ 线 ', even if the distance from the reading device is relatively large, the f? Ft stomach can be received. Therefore, for example, a person wearing a device with a sphygmomanometer sensor can set the measurement sphygmomanometer in advance on the wire IC chip according to S & None when the mother Ife ~ fixed time or when abnormal blood pressure is displayed. The detection conditions are used to order the blood pressure measurement, and the measured results are stored in the memory of the wireless 1C chip in advance. In addition, the connection system between various sensors and the wireless 1C chip is implemented by the 5 tiger wire, and the memorized detection results can be transmitted to the reading device via the antenna according to the preset conditions. Also, since the wireless IC chip can be mounted on clothes, etc. by only attaching the fastener, for example, when washing clothes, the washing machine can automatically instruct the washing method. In addition, if a temperature sensor is installed on the clothes in advance, it can detect the body temperature of the person wearing the clothes, and send the measured body temperature from the wireless 1C chip to the air conditioner to automatically adjust the temperature. Or ‘install a position sensor on the clothes of a demented homeless patient in advance, and you can immediately monitor the current position of the demented homeless person. In this way, when a fastener having a wireless IC chip and an antenna is mounted on the object, detection signals from various sensors mounted on the object can be taken out in various ways and used effectively. -28- 200529776 (25) Regarding the 1st 3rd basic structure of the present invention, as a fastener equipped with a wireless IC chip, a zipper, a buckle, a snap belt, a rail-shaped buckle, a buckle, and a stopper can be used. Rigging, rotating buckle, snap fishing, strap adjustment and other buckles. In the present invention, since a shielding material for shielding the wireless 1C chip is provided on the object, the shielding material can be made into a size that can also cover the size of the wireless IC chip or antenna. The shielding material can be formed using a metal plate, a metal mesh, a resin containing a conductive material, or the like. The shielding material can prohibit the transmission and reception of the antenna, and thus the security of the wireless 1C chip can be maintained. And, if necessary, a shielding material can be used to cover the wireless 1C chip or antenna, so that it can not send out the current location, so personal privacy can be protected. According to the fourteenth basic structure of the present invention, since the identification medium is detachably mounted on the fastener, it is possible to easily prevent improper access, or to easily replace the identification medium storing the required data and the like. Thereby, the confidentiality and security of the identification medium can be improved, and the tampering data and the like can be prevented from being transplanted and stored in the identification medium by the reading device. And, for example, a button of a wireless 1C chip or a contact 1C chip is installed. When the clamp and the object are to be washed together, by removing the IC chip from the clamp in advance, it is possible to prevent damage to the 1C wafer during washing. In the case where the 1C chip is built in the buckle, the components of the buckle with the built-in wireless Ϊ C chip are made of esters and polyacetals (p 〇yacetaj) having electromagnetic permeability. Polyethylene terephthalate-29-200529776 (26) (PETP) and other low-permeability members, such as nylon, are polymerized to form resins. [Embodiment] The following is a detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention based on the drawings. As fasteners in the present invention, they include, for example, handbags, sportswear, and other various types of fastenings, such as zippers, buckles, straps with straps, rail-like fasteners, Buckles, rigging, strap adjustment, rotating buckles, snaps and other fasteners. In the following embodiments, although the above-mentioned fastening device is described with an arrangement configuration of an identification tag including a wireless IC chip and an antenna, or an antenna structure with an identification tag as a main feature, the present invention is not It is not limited to the above identification media of wireless IC chips and antennas, for example, it is also possible to use an additive having identification means as described above, an identification information holder containing the addition, and a secret information embedded with the same identification means. Recognition media such as text or graphics. As a form of the curved shape of the identification tag to which the present invention is applied, a wireless IC chip and an antenna having a memory of billions of digits storing data such as identification information of an identification object are electrically connected to each other to form a response circuit. The response circuit is, for example, a detection circuit, a power supply circuit, a control circuit, a memory circuit, a modulation circuit, an oscillation circuit, etc. incorporated in a wireless 1C chip. Furthermore, the present invention includes a battery-less type identification tag that supplies electric power to each circuit by using electromagnetic induction from the outside, or a built-in type identification tag that uses a built-in battery as a power source. Therefore, as the above-mentioned power circuit of > 30-200529776 (27), it means the power circuit in the case where the power battery is arranged on the mounting side of the wireless IC chip, and the use of a signal from an external reading device When a signal is received by a loop antenna, a power supply circuit for activating power generated from the electromagnetic wave of the transmission signal through the loop antenna is used. The wireless 1C chip in the present invention is configured to use a signal source Take the transmission signal of the device, take out the data stored in the memory in the wireless 1C chip and send it to the reading device as a response signal, or use the transmission signal from the reading device to store it in the Rewriting or updating the data or programs in the memory in the wireless 1C chip, so that the control device in the wireless IC chip can automatically send the data stored in the memory to the reading device according to the program, etc. Various wireless IC chips for control. The structure of the wireless 1C chip in the present invention is not limited to the structure described above and the structure described below, but various changes can be made. Fig. 1 is a representative first embodiment of the present invention, and is a schematic perspective view showing the arrangement position of an identification tag provided with a wireless 1C chip and an antenna mounted on a zipper in a mode. Fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the same slide fastener. FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view showing the arrangement positions of the wireless IC chip mounted on the same zipper and the antenna or signal line formed on the belt body of the fastener. In FIG. 1, the symbol 1 represents a zipper which is set on an object 25 such as clothes or a handbag by sewing. A plurality of sprocket elements 7 and a top stop 5 ′ are attached to the zipper tape 4. Insertion tool] 5, butterfly rod 9, -31-200529776 (28) box rod 10, slider 2, handle 3, reinforcement belt 8 and so on. As the fastener tape, for example, a fibrous tape-like base cloth, a non-woven cloth, a thin synthetic resin cloth, etc., which are woven or knitted by synthetic resin fibers, may be used. The zipper element is made of a synthetic resin monofilament and wound into a coil shape to form a coil-shaped sprocket element, or a U-shaped part that is folded in a horizontal direction in a horizontal direction in a plane to form a continuous interaction along the longitudinal direction. Consists of continuous elements such as zigzag sprocket elements. With this configuration, the thickness, material, and structure of the slider, the upper and lower stoppers, the reinforcing plate-like member, and the release insert can be changed in various ways. A wireless IC chip 20 is mounted on a portion near the edge portion of the zipper tape 4 which is provided and covered on the installation body 25. The wireless IC chip 20 can be mounted on the fastener tape 4 by a suitable mounting means such as attachment, adhesion, welding, or injection. Furthermore, in the wireless IC chip 20, an antenna not shown in the figure can be formed integrally with the wireless IC chip 20. The wireless 1C chip 20 shown in FIG. 2 is along the antenna for transmitting and receiving signals between the external reading device 24 shown in FIG. 47, along the suture line 2 6 of the object 25. It is sewn to the zipper I, and is arrange | positioned so that it may become invisible to the naked eye. In this way, the data signal stored in the wireless IC chip 20 can be read out using a signal from the reading device. Therefore, the wireless I 匚 chip 20 can be used as a zipper when it is used alone. Functions of identification devices such as for authenticity determination. In addition, when the zipper is installed on the object 25 of a handbag or clothes, it can function as an authenticating device for authenticating the object 25 of an original product or as an identification device for product management. In addition, since '32' 200529776 (29) is required, data or programs stored in the wireless IC chip 20 can be corrected and corrected by a signal from a reading device. Brother 1 ca n’t do anything in the wireless IC chip 2 0 does not have a power source for operating the wireless 1 c chip 2 0, which can be generated by an antenna not shown in the figure using a transmission signal from a reading device Turn on the power to make the wireless jc chip 20 operate. In the zipper 1 shown in FIG. 3, as the zipper tape 4, for example, a fiber-like base fabric woven or knitted by synthetic resin fibers is used, and the conductive fiber material 12 is woven or knitted. Or compiled. Since the other configurations are the same as those in the first figure, the same symbols as those in the first figure are used instead of the description. The conductive fiber material 1 2 in Figure 3, as shown in Figures 9 ~ 2 I. 'The conductive fiber material 1 2 is used as woven or knitted yarn, which can be woven or knitted into 4 base fabrics of zipper tape at the same time. Woven or knitted. Conductive fiber material] 2 It can be used as a signal line for connecting to the wireless IC chip 20, such as a sensor mounted on the object 25, but not shown, or it can be used as a wireless IC chip 2 0 antenna. In Figs. 19 to 21, for the sake of easy understanding by Gu Yi, weaving nets and knitting nets are displayed in an exaggerated enlarged state. Instead of the conductive fiber material in Figure 3] 2, you can also use a conductive material 1 3 made of a metal sheet, conductive resin, etc. as shown in Figures 2 to 24 to attach, adhere, and weld. It is mounted on the surface of the fastener tape 4 by various mounting means such as integral molding with the belt body 3 3 &. In addition, Figure 22 shows an example in which a conductive coating is not used for printing; Figure 23 shows an example in which the conductive material -33- 200529776 (30) is attached, adhered, and welded. Although the rail-shaped fastener 3 3 is shown in FIG. 24, if the zipper tape 4 and the belt body 3 3 a of the rail-shaped fastener 3 3 are formed in the same manner as the resin body, it can be done. The structure is the same as that of the belt in Fig. 24. When the conductive material 13 is attached to the zipper tape 4, as long as the connection between the conductive material 13 and the wireless IC chip 20 can be ensured, the surface and back of the zipper tape 4 can be formed on either side. Use conductive fiber material 12 or conductive material 1 3 as the antenna of wireless IC chip 20. In the function, it can be formed as one antenna wire connected to the wireless IC chip at one end, or as an open antenna wire, or one end can be connected to the wireless 1C chip, and the other end can be used as two open antenna wires. In addition, the antenna wires may be arranged such that the antennas at the other ends of the two antenna wires are connected to each other or both ends are connected to the wireless IC chip and the middle portion is formed in a loop shape. In the present invention, one form of the conductive fiber material 12 also includes a metal wire such as a flexible flexible electric wire. Use conductive fiber material] 2 As a signal line that connects sensors and wireless IC chips, you can use two conductive fiber materials that are not short-circuited with each other as the signal line. It is also possible to use a combination of conductive fiber material j 2 and conductive material 1 3 to form antenna wires or signal lines. The wireless IC chip 20 can be mounted on one of the chain chains 4 as shown in the figure, or can be mounted on the two zipper tapes 4 as shown in the third figure. The figure 4 shows that the wireless 1C chip 20 is mounted on the belt body 30 of the buckle * 34-200529776 (31) 3 0 a. An antenna (not shown) is integrally formed on the wireless IC chip 20. Fig. 7 (a) is an example in which the wireless IC chip 20 is mounted on the band body 3 3a of the rail-like fastener 3 3 having the engaging strip piece 3 3 b. An antenna (not shown) is integrally formed on the wireless chip c. As shown in FIG. 7 (b), the band body 3 3a of the rail-like fastener 3 3 is set on the object 2 5 by sewing, adhesion, welding, etc., so that the wireless IC chip 20 can be installed. It is in a state that cannot be detected by the naked eye from the outside. The installation of the wireless 1C chip 20 toward the band body 3 3 a can be performed by a suitable mounting means such as attaching, adhering, welding, or integrally forming and mounting the band body 3 3 a during forming. Figs. 8 to 18 are diagrams showing a representative second embodiment of the present invention. The pattern is a fastener]. The wireless IC chip 20 has a configuration basically the same as that of the zipper I in the first embodiment except that the wireless IC chip 20 is arranged near the opening / closing insert 15 of the fastener tape 4. Therefore, the description of the components is omitted by using the same symbols as those used in the first embodiment. The wireless 1C chip 20 is mounted in or on the reinforcing tape 8 which is located at the lower end portion of the zipper tape 4 and is fused by an adhesive layer by means of adhesion, attachment, welding and the like. In addition, the conductive fiber material 12 can be woven or knitted while being woven or knitted into a zipper tape 4 to be installed and used. It is also possible to use a conductive material 1 3 instead of the conductive fiber material 12 and attach it to the fastener tape 4 as described in the first embodiment above. A conductive fiber material 12 or a conductive material] 3 is used as a wireless IC crystal-37- 200529776 (34) When the function of antenna wire 2 1 or signal wire 2 3 of 2 0 can be formed as a 5 and connected to the wireless IC chip 20, the other end is an open antenna wire 2 1 Or signal line 2 3. It is also possible to form one end respectively connected to the wireless IC chip, while the other end is used as two open antenna wires 21 or signal wires 2 3. Alternatively, the other ends of the two antenna wires 2 may be connected to each other, one end is respectively connected to the wireless IC chip, and the middle portion of the antenna wire connected to both ends of the wireless IC chip is formed into a ring shape, thereby forming a ring shape. Antenna wires. In the present invention, one form of the conductive fiber material 12 also includes a metal wire such as a flexible flexible electric wire. FIG. 9 shows an example of the antenna function of the wireless 1C chip 20 using at least one conductive fiber material 12 constituting the zipper element 14 and / or the core wire. As shown in FIGS. 26 and 27, the conductive resin monofilament constituting the zipper element 14 is bent to form a coil shape or a zigzag shape, and one end of the zipper element 14 is connected to the wireless IC by a signal line 2 3 The chip 20 is connected, so that the zipper element I 4 can function as an antenna. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 25 (a), a conductive fiber material is disposed on a part of the fibers constituting the core wire I1], so that the conductive fiber material I2 can be provided with the function of an antenna. Furthermore, the conductive resin monofilament constituting the zipper element 14 is bent to form a coil, and has the function of an antenna, and at least a part of the fibers constituting the core wire 1 can be provided with a conductive fiber material 12 to allow the core wire Π has a function as a core member in a conductive resin monofilament. It is also possible to connect the other end of the zipper element] 4 to the conductive -38- 200529776 (35) fiber material] 2 shown in FIG. 8 and have the function of a loop antenna. As the signal line 23, a conductive linear material such as a conductive fiber material can be used. It can be formed while weaving or weaving the fastener tape 4. Alternatively, the butterfly rod 9 or the box rod 10 for electrically connecting the zipper element 14 may be formed of a conductive material, and the signal line 23 may be electrically connected to the butterfly rod 9 or the box rod 10. FIG. 10 shows an example in which a wireless 1C chip 20 and an antenna 21 are mounted on a pair of fastener tapes 4, respectively. The wireless IC chip 20 and the antenna 21 are attached to the fastener tape 4 located near the bottom stop 6. It is covered with the reinforcing belt 8. The two wireless 1C chips 20 can have different data or different control functions. The wireless IC chip 20 may be mounted using an appropriate means such as adhesion, instead of being covered with the reinforcing tape 8. In addition, one wireless 1C chip can be configured as an active type with a power battery, and the other wireless 1C chip can be configured as a passive type without a power battery. At this time, the wireless 1C chips of both parties can be synchronized, or only one of the wireless IC chips can be selectively operated. The active wireless IC chip can be used to make the battery life stable until a battery is exhausted, and the radio waves can be transmitted stably within a predetermined range from the wireless 1C chip. After the end of the battery life, the passive wireless IC chip is used to respond The signal from the reading device side maintains the transmission function. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show an example in which the power source battery 22 for the wireless IC chip 20 is provided in the example of Fig. 9. The power battery 22 and the wireless 1C chip 20 are electrically connected by a signal line 23, so that the current and voltage of the power battery 22 can be supplied to the wireless IC chip 20. Power battery 2 2, signal line 2 3 and -39-200529776 (36) The wireless IC chip 2 is covered with a reinforcing tape 8 and can be installed on the zipper tape 4 through the reinforcing tape 8 at the same time. In addition, the power battery 22 or none, and the wire 1C chip 20 may be mounted on the reinforcing tape 8. In particular, when the power supply battery 22 has a switching function, the power supply battery 22 can be detachably mounted on the reinforcing belt 8 to operate the switching mechanism by pressing the power supply battery 22, etc., only when necessary. Only then does the wireless 1C chip 20 operate. As the power source battery 22, it can be housed and placed inside a case having a switch function, and the case is constructed by attaching the case to the reinforcing tape 8. Therefore, in the present invention, the power battery 22 includes, in the meaning of the term, a case where only a battery is used, or a case with a switch that is detachably housed in a case with a switch or a case without a switch function is used. situation. In addition, in FIG. 11, since the wireless chip 20 can be covered by the installation body 25, even when the wireless IC chip 20 is mounted on the reinforcing tape, or when it is mounted on the reinforcing tape 8 and In the case of 4 zipper bands, the state covered by the object 25 can be kept constantly. Figure 13 shows the wireless 1C chip 20 and the antenna 21 being mounted on one of the pair of zipper bands 4, On the other hand, the power source battery 22 is mounted on the other side. The power battery 22 and the wireless 1C chip 20 are electrically connected to each other through the insertion insert 15. The opening and closing insert] 5 is formed with an electrical connection terminal between the male member and the female member. As shown in FIG. 14 (a), the male member and the female member are engaged with each other to engage with each other. This makes it possible to provide a switch mechanism for the male member and the female member constituting the separation insert. Alternatively, the power source battery 22 may be provided with a switch function, "the switch mechanism is operated by pressing the power source battery 22, etc.", and the wireless IC chip 20 may operate only when necessary. In the examples shown in FIGS. 1 and 14, although the example in which the antenna 2 1 and the wireless IC chip 20 are configured together has been described, the antenna 2 1 does not necessarily need to start with the wireless IC chip 20. The structure may be formed on the fastener tape 4 or a conductive fastener element, or a core wire having a conductive fiber material. Figures 15 to 18 illustrate an example in which the wireless IC chip 20 is configured to be detachably attached to the fastener tape 4. Figure 15 shows that the power battery 22 and the engaging portion 2 7 b are electrically connected to the reinforcing strip 8 and cooperate with the engaging portion 2 7 b and the zipper element serving as an antenna] 4 or the core wire 1 1 Take the signal line 2 3 as an example for electrical connection. When the engaging portion 27a of the wireless IC chip 20 is engaged with the engaging portion 27b mounted on the reinforcing tape 8, a wireless IC chip with a power battery can be formed. Fig. 6 shows an example in which the antenna 21 is formed in the object 25. In this case, the power supply battery may be mounted on the reinforcing band 8, or the antenna 21 may be formed in a loop shape to generate start-up power. Fig. 17 shows an example of a configuration in which a pair of fastener tapes 4 each have a wireless] C chip 20 and an antenna 2] that can be detachably attached. In addition, Fig. 8 -41-200529776 (38) shows an example in which the wireless 1C chip 20 and the engaging portion 27b mounted on the reinforcing tape 8 can be freely attached and detached. This is an example in which the engaging portion 2 7 b is electrically connected to the conductive fiber material in the conductive fastener element 14 or the conductive fiber material core 1 1 via the signal line 2 3. Figures 25 (b) and (c) show that the wireless IC chip 20 is embedded in the key tooth element 7 and the conductive fiber material 12 arranged in the core wire 1 and the wireless IC chip 20 are electrically connected. Example of sexual connection. The conductive fiber material 12 in the core wire 丨 can be used as an antenna, and the required number of wires Ϊ C chip 20 can be installed in any element 7. The mounting of the wireless IC chip 20 toward the element 7 can be incorporated together when the element 7 is formed. Also, "the wireless IC chip can be mounted on various fastening means", for example, in the case of a snap fastener, the wireless IC chip can be mounted inside a male or female engaging member. The antenna may be formed by connecting the conductive fiber material 12 in the core wire 1] and the conductive fiber material and the conductive material arranged on the fastener tape in a loop shape.
