Abstract
A polyester composition having a low acetaldehyde content, which is a reaction product of the components as the following: A polymeric product having a molecular weight range of from 1,000 to 60,000 prepared by reacting a dicarboxylic acid-containing component (A) and a diol-containing component (B); and A acetaldehyde remover made from a material selected from the group consisting of: unsubstituted C2~C50 aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, unsubstituted C2~C50 dicarboxylic acid, dicarboxylic acid having at least one side-chain amino group, C2~C50 monocarboxylic acid having at least one main-chain amino group, C2~C50 dicarboxylic acid having at least one main-chain amino group, unsubstituted C2~C50 polyol, diol having at least one side-chain amino group, C8~C16 aromatic polyester, Erucamide, Stearamide, Caprolactam, Hexamethylene adipamide, and a combination thereof.
