Abstract
The present invention relates to a separation system of supported liquid membrane, which is characterized in that adding reaction separated tanks in series will increase the effective separated areas, controlling the pH value of the input phase by the pH value control system will maintain the reaction rate and solve the problem of metal precipitate resulting from the variation of the pH values, and circulating the liquid by gravity and pumps will solve the problem of losing liquid membrane resulting from pressure gradient. The separated system of supported liquid membrane can increase the separated areas of the supported liquid membrane and the volume of solution, such that the supported liquid membrane system could be used for recycling a large number of valuable metals.
