Abstract

This invention relates a moving block for forming hosel of a gulf club head, comprising a positioning sheath, an axle shaft, and two semicircular plates. The inner portion of the positioning sheath is formed from top downward to be inner vertical surface, inner ring slot, and inner slanting surface. The axle shaft has integrally connected shaft portion, first and second step portions, and head portion. The shaft portion can insert downward into the positioning sheath. The outer surface of each of two semicircular plates having identical shape is formed from top downward to be upper arc rim, shoulder portion, and lower arc rim. The inner surface of each of two semicircular plates is formed from top downward to be inner arc face, inner ring slot, inner layer portion, and datum plane. The two semicircular plates are matingly engaged and inserted upward into the positioning sheath. The positioning sheath and the axle shaft are utilized to constrain these two semicircular plates, enabling the datum planes of these semicircular plates to align with the mold cavity of the mold, to be able to manufacture the wax mold having the hosel and the top extension section to be concentric circles, thereby utilizing the wax mold to manufacture the gulf club head having the hosel and the top extension section to be concentric circles for the sheathing ring to fit in smoothly.
