Abstract

A system and method for synchronizing documents in an electronic filing operation is disclosed. The system comprises a master node, a plurality of slave nodes and an enterprise intranet. The master node uses three or more level structures, which comprises a client, an application server system and a database server. The client comprises an user operating module, a document operating module and a database operating module. The application server system comprises a document transferring server and an application program server. The application program server comprises a document transferring and controlling module, a synchronize controlling module and a database linking module. The present invention synchronizes documents in a sharefolder or sharing database via an enterprise intranet, also, the present invention synchronizes document automatically after the enterprise intranet error.
