Abstract

A method of judging the relative position between optical sensing device and the scan platform is disclosed in the present invention. At first, the first line section pattern and the second line section pattern with the same length are placed on a scan platform. Then, an optical sensing device is used to extract images of the first line section pattern and the second line section pattern so as to generate the first line section image and the second line section image respectively. After that, the first line section image and the second line section are compared to check if they have the same length. If the lengths are different, the relative position of optical sensing device and the scan platform is adjusted such that optical sensing device is parallel to the scan platform.
