Abstract

Disclosed is a stretched resin film characterized in that the oriented resin film is obtained by forming an aqueous heat-sealable resin coat layer (E) on a base material film having a liquid absorption coefficient of at least 5 ml/m<SP>2</SP> x (ms<SP>1/2</SP>). When formed in a mold, the invented stretched resin film allows air between the sealed forming container and a label to escape, without the need of performing an embossing operation. Thus, the invented stretched resin film has a high productivity and a wide material selection range.
