Abstract

An automatic motorcycle parking, positioning, and clamping device comprises a platform on which a wheel retaining frame is mounted; and two clamp arms that are opposite to each other and are arranged on the platform, having an end forming a movable support point and an opposite end having a bottom portion coupled to a clamping driving mechanism; a clamping driving mechanism arranged below the platform and comprised of links, rotation arms, and pull bars; and a clamping releasing mechanism arranged below the platform and coupled to the clamping driving mechanism. To operate, the motorcycle wheel is positioned in the wheel retaining frame. Rotation of the handgrip causes the operation of the clamping driving mechanism, which, at the time of effecting locking of the motorcycle handgrip, drives the clamp arms to move inward in an opposite manner to clamp the motorcycle thereby automatically securing the motorcycle. The clamping condition of the clamping driving mechanism can be readily released by actuating the clamping releasing mechanism to allow a user to remove the motorcycle.
