Abstract
This invention provides a spray antifouling application method to paper machine canvas, and a sliding application system and antifouling for performing the same. An antifouling agent T is sprayed through a spray nozzle S to a contact starting point C where an outer surface of canvas A starts to come in contact with an outer roll B, thereby the antifouling agent T is adhered to the outer roll B and then transferred to the canvas A. As a result, an appropriate amount of the antifouling agent T is accurately and uniformly applied to the canvas without an excess amount of water being applied to the canvas regardless of whether the canvas has a high air permeability, or a low air permeability and is hard to dry.
