Abstract
Description
200404522 (υ 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明,係關於吸收、保持排泄物之用後即棄型之幼 兒失禁用紙尿褲、訓練用尿褲、紙尿褲套,以及其他類似 物0 【先前技術】200404522 (υ 玖, description of the invention [Technical field to which the invention belongs] The present invention relates to disposable incontinence diapers, training diapers, diaper covers, and other similar articles for the absorption and retention of excreta after use. Prior art
One type is provided with front and back waist areas facing each other and a hip area located between the waist areas. A discarding treatment is provided on the outer surface of the back sheet of the hip area to keep the diapers soiled by excreta in a predetermined form. Shorts type disposable diaper with a hook and loop (refer to Japanese Patent Document 1).
The diaper disclosed in Japanese Patent Document 1 is composed of a liquid-permeable surface sheet located on the skin-blocking side, a liquid-impermeable back sheet located on the non-skin-blocking side, and a liquid-absorbing property sandwiched between the front and back sheets. Chip. In this diaper, the sides of the front waistline region and the sides of the back waistline region are fixed by a plurality of heat fusible threads arranged intermittently in the longitudinal direction. A waist opening and a pair of leg openings are formed in the diaper. The hook-and-loop fastener for processing includes a fixing portion fixed to the outside of the back sheet with a clip adhesive, and a free portion connected to the fixing portion and overlapping the outside of the fixing portion. The free part is coated with an adhesive on its inner surface, and the intervening adhesive is temporarily fixed to the outer surface of the fixed part in a peelable manner. For handling hook and loop fasteners, plastic film can be used. When discarding the diaper soiled by excrement, the waist area and the lower hip area should be overlapped, and the front and back waist areas should be folded in the lengthwise direction. Then (2) 200404522 will be peeled from the fixed part and sandwiched. The adhesive fixes the free portion to the outer surface of the back sheet. Since the folded state of the diaper is maintained by the hook-and-loop fastener, the diaper can be directly discarded in the folded state. 於第7圖,以二 點虛線顯示使黏扣帶26之第]與第2自由部28、29朝向 以箭頭L 1顯示之紙尿褲丨〇c之橫向方向外側展開之狀 -19- (16) (16)200404522 能 ΟWhen the back sheet is formed of a fibrous nonwoven fabric, in order to impart softness and smoothness to the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric, or to impart water repellency to the nonwoven fabric, it is generally used as an oil for post-treatment coating of the non-woven fabric or for post-treatment of kneading fibers into the nonwoven Oil agent. As the post-treatment oil agent, a surfactant of any of anionic, nonionic, cationic, and amphoteric systems can be used, or a mixture of these surfactants can be used. Anionic or nonionic surfactants may be mixed with any of fats and oils, waxes, fatty acids, higher alcohols, mineral oils, and hardened oils in order to easily adhere to these fibers. The back sheet fiber of the diaper disclosed in the above Patent Document 1 is formed of a non-woven fabric. If the non-woven fabric contains the above-mentioned post-treatment oil agent, it also varies depending on the compatibility of the post-treatment oil agent and the adhesive. The adhesive force of the adhesive caused by the oil agent gradually decreases, and as time goes by, the fixing portion of the processing hook and loop tape may decrease the adhesive strength of the back sheet <. If the adhesive strength of the hook and loop for processing is reduced, it will become the winter of the hook and loop. (3) (3) 200404522 The fixing part is easy to peel from the outer surface of the back sheet. When the diaper is discarded and the free part is peeled from the fixing part, The fixing portion may be peeled from the back sheet. The object of the present invention is to provide a disposable diaper which can be used even if the adhesive strength of the hook and loop fastener on the back sheet does not decrease even after a period of time. [Technical means to solve the problem] The present invention used to solve the above-mentioned problem has previously mentioned that it has a front waist area and a back waist area, and a hip area located between these waist areas, and the non-skin is blocked in place. Disposable disposable diapers are provided on the outer side of the back sheet with a hook and loop fastener. The feature of the present invention based on the above-mentioned premise is that the back sheet is formed of a fibrous non-woven fabric, and the content of the oil agent for post-processing of the non-woven fabric is' 0.04 wt% or less per unit fiber weight constituting the non-woven fabric (JIS L 1 0 1 5 7.22; tested according to the solvent extraction method), the above-mentioned hook-and-loop fasteners are fixed on the outer surface of the back sheet. The present invention includes the following embodiments. (1) The hook-and-loop fastener is provided with a fixing portion through which the adhesive is permanently fixed to the outside of the back sheet, and a first free portion connected to the fixing portion and overlapping the outside of the fixing portion, and the first freedom Part, the fixing and adhering means formed on the inner surface of the clip is temporarily fixed to the outer surface of the fixing part in a peelable manner. (2) The adhesive of the fixing part of the hook-and-loop fastener is pressure-sensitive bonding (4) (4) 200404522 adhesive. (3) The above-mentioned hook-and-loop fastener is provided with two sides of the waistline located on one of the front and rear waistline regions and extends in a lateral direction, and is connected to the first free portion and a second free portion overlapping the outside of the first free portion. The second free portion is temporarily fixed to the outer surface of the first free portion in a peelable manner through a fixing and adhering means formed on the inner surface of the second free portion. (4) The above-mentioned hook-and-loop fastener is located on both sides of one of the front-rear waist region and extends in the longitudinal direction, and is a fixed adhesive means for connecting the front-rear waist region, which is formed on the outer surface of the hook-and-loop region. (5) The adhesion strength of the fixing part of the hook-and-loop fastener to the back sheet tested after placing the diaper in an environment with a temperature of 50 ° C and a humidity of 60% for 1 week is 4 N / 2 0 mm or more. (9) The above-mentioned means for fixing and adhering is one of pressure sensitive adhesives or hooks in mechanical adhesive tapes. (5) (5) 200404522 [Embodiment] Referring to the drawings, the disposable diaper according to the present invention will be described in detail as follows. Figures 1 and 2 are partial cutaway perspective views of the diaper 10 A shown as an example, and the sectional view taken along line 2-2 of Figure 1 and Figure 3 are the diapers 10A rolled up for disposal. Perspective view. In Fig. 1, the horizontal direction is indicated by an arrow L, and the vertical direction is indicated by an arrow M. At 2nd reading 1, the two-dot-dotted line shows the state in which the first and second free portions 28, 29 of the hook-and-loop fastener 26 are extended outward in the lateral direction of the diaper 1 0 Α shown by the arrow L1. In addition, the inner surface of the front and back sheets 11, 12 or the hook-and-loop fastener 26 is the surface facing the chip 13, and the outer surfaces are surfaces not facing the chip 13. The diaper 10 A is composed of a liquid-permeable surface sheet 1 1 on the skin-blocking side, and a liquid-impermeable back sheet 1 2 on the non-skin-blocking side, and a sheet 1 1 and 1 2 sandwiched between the front and back surfaces. The interstitial liquid-absorptive chip 13 is constituted. The front sheet 11 is formed of a hydrophilic fibrous nonwoven fabric, and the back sheet 12 is formed of a hydrophobic fibrous nonwoven fabric. The chip 13 and the interposing adhesive (not shown) are intermittently bonded to at least one of the front and back sheets 1 and 12. The diaper 10 A is formed into a shorts shape with a waist opening 17 and a pair of leg openings 18, and has a front waist area 14 and a back waist area 16 facing each other, and is located in the waist area 1 The lower gluteal region I 5 between 4, 16 has two end portions 19 located outside the two end edges 1 3 a of the chip 1 3 and extending in the lateral direction, and located on both sides of the chip] 3 -9-21, (6) 200404522 Both sides 20, 22 outside the edge 1 3 b and extending in the longitudinal direction. The waist opening 17 and the leg opening 18 are the I and 20 portions 22 on both sides of the front and rear waist circumference areas P overlapping each other in a closed palm shape, and are arranged intermittently in the longitudinal direction near the U-shaped image 20 ′ 22 A plurality of hotlines 2 3 are connected. The diaper is curved inwardly in the lateral direction of the diaper 1 〇 2 with two of its lower hip regions 15 2, and it is formed to be narrower than the front and rear waist regions 14 and 16. Therefore, when the paper 10A 'releases the connection between the front and back waist regions 14 and 16 and is stretched toward the longitudinal direction, the plane shape is approximately an hourglass shape. At the ends 19 and two 20, 21, and 22 ', the surface sheet n and the back sheet 12 are overlapped with each other, the inner surfaces of the sheets 1 1, 12 are interposed with each other by an adhesive (illustration omitted). Join. At both end portions 19, a plurality of elastic members for waist circumference 2 4 extending in a transverse direction are provided in a contractible manner, and in the lower hip region 1 5 side portions 21 are provided in a contractible manner along these The plurality of legs 2 1 on both sides are surrounded by an elastic member 25. The elastic member 24 and the elastic member 25 for waist circumference are interposed between the top sheet Π and the back sheet 1, and an adhesive (not shown) is intermittently fixed to the inner surfaces of these sheets 12. A pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 26 are provided on both sides 20 'of the front waistline region 14. The hook-and-loop fastener 26 is a zigzag pattern that is folded three times. As shown by the two-dot chain line in Figure 2, it can be unfolded from the lateral direction of the side 20 diapers 10 A. Hook-and-loop tape 2 6 'equipped, 16 side fused side, or 1 5 diaper direction side, showing two extended leg circumferences in the direction of the direction] Bu Xiang Yan surface is oriented (7) (7) 200404522 The fixed portion 27 extending in the lateral direction, and the first free portion 28 connected to the fixed portion 27 and extending in the lateral direction, and the second free portion connected to the first free portion 28 and extending in the lateral direction 2 9. The inner surface of the fixing portion 27 is sandwiched between the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 30 and the outer surface of the back sheet 12. The first free portion 28 is bent at the outer end portion 2 a of the fixed portion 27 toward the outer side of the fixed portion 27. The first free portion 28 is overlapped on the outer surface of the fixing portion 27, and is sandwiched and coated on the inner surface. The pressure-sensitive adhesive 31 as a fixing and adhering means is temporarily fixed to the fixing portion in a peelable manner. 27 outside. The second free portion 29 is bent toward the outer side of the first free portion 2 8 at the inner end portion 2 8 b of the first free portion 28. The second free part 29 is superposed on the outer surface of the first free part 28, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 3 2 which is applied to the inner surface as a means for fixing and adhering is temporarily fixed in a peelable manner. The first free part 28 is outside. On the outer end portion 2 9 a of the second free portion 29, there are formed ears 3 3 with or without a pressure-sensitive adhesive. The pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 31 is applied to the entirety of the first free portion 28, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 3 2 is applied to the ears 3 3 (outer end portion 29a) other than the second free portion 2 9 Part of it. A release agent is applied to the entire outer surface of the fixed portion 27 and the entire outer surface of the first free portion 28 (illustration omitted). In addition, the inner surfaces of the first and second free portions 28 and 29 refer to the surfaces facing the chip 13 when the free portions 28 and 29 are folded, and the so-called first and second free portions 28 The outer surfaces of 29 and 29 refer to the surfaces of the free parts 2 8 and 29 which are not opposed to the chip 13 when they are folded. For pressure-sensitive adhesives 3 and 31, conventional hot-melt adhesives can be used. (11) (8) (8) 200404522 Adhesive, acrylic adhesive, rubber adhesive. As the "release agent", conventional silicone resin-based or fluororesin-based, amino alkyd resin-based, and polyester resin-based resins can be used. Moreover, it is preferable that the peeling force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 31 when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 26 is unfolded is lower than the peeling force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 32. In this way, it is easier to unfold the hook and loop fastener 26. The pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 30 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 3 2 may be the same adhesive agent, or may have a lower adhesive force to the back sheet of the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 3 2 than the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 30. By. Compared with the time when the pressure-sensitive adhesive 30 is fixed on the back sheet, the time for the pressure-sensitive adhesive 3 2 to be fixed on the back sheet is shorter, so the reduction in adhesion caused by the non-woven post-treatment oil is also reduced. Not big. The hook and loop tape 26 can be used for disposal of 10 A of diapers soiled with feces. One example of the order of discarding the diaper 10 A is as follows. After taking off the diaper 10A from the wearer, roll the lower hip region 15 toward the back waist region 16 and roll it in the lengthwise direction, while pinching the ears 3 3 with your fingers and facing the second free part 2 9 Pull out laterally. If the second free part 29 is pulled outward in the lateral direction, the second free part 29 will be peeled from the outer surface of the first free part 28, and the first free part 2 8 will be peeled from the outer surface of the fixed part 27. The first and second free portions 2 8 and 2 9 expand outward in the lateral direction as shown by the arrow L 1 in FIG. 2. Next, the sandwich pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 3 2 fixedly adheres the inner surface of the second free portion 29 to the outer surface of the lower hip region 15 (the outer surface of the back sheet 12). As shown in Fig. 3, the diaper 10 A is held by the hook and loop fastener 26, so the diaper 10 A can be directly discarded in the rolled state. -12-200404522 〇) Hook-and-loop tape 26 can be used not only for the disposal of the disposable diapers 10A, but also for adjusting the waist size N of the worn diapers 10A. When adjusting the waist size N of the diaper 10A, although it is not shown in the figure, after the first and second free portions 2 8 and 2 9 of the hook and loop fastener 2 6 are opened outward in the lateral direction, the hook and loop fastener is required. 2 6 Pull toward the center of the back waist region 16 in the lateral direction, and fix the second free part 2 9 of the hook and loop fastener 2 6 to the outer surface of the back waist region 16 (the outer surface of the back sheet 12). If the free part 2 9 is fixed and adhered to the back waist area! At 6 o'clock, since the size of the lateral direction of the fixing portion 28 extending from the hook and loop fastener 27 and the free portion 2 8 and 29 can be reduced in the lateral direction, the waist size N of the diaper 1 OA can be adjusted. Get smaller. The diaper 10 A, the content of the oil agent for processing the fiber nonwoven fabric 4 2 forming the back sheet 12 is less than 0.4 wt% per unit fiber weight of the nonwoven fabric 4 2, and the diaper 10 A The adhesion strength of the fixing portion 27 of the hook and loop tape 26 tested on the back sheet after being placed in an environment with a temperature of 50 ° C and a humidity of 60% for one week is 2N / 20 mm or more. The content of the oil treatment agent for the post-treatment of the fiber nonwoven fabric 42 was tested in accordance with the solvent extraction method specified in JIS L 1 0 1 5 7.22. The method for testing the adhesion strength of the hook and loop tape 26 to the back sheet 12 is as follows. (1) Place the diaper 10A in a load-free manner in an environment with a temperature of 50 ° C and a humidity of 60% for one week, and then place it in an environment with a temperature of 20 ° C and a humidity of 20% for more than 24 hours. . (2) Next, cut out the hook-and-loop fastener 26 (fixing portion 27) and the back sheet] 2 from the diaper 10A at the same time to make a test sheet. -13- (10) (10) 200404522 (3) For the strength test, Instron 5 5 43 manufactured by Instron Japan Co., Ltd. (Instron Japan Co., Ltd.) was used. The test conditions were between the chucks: 40 mm, peeling speed: 300 mm / min, peeling angle: 180 °, ambient temperature was 2000C, and humidity was 60%. To test the fe circumference, the average adhesive strength in this range was calculated from the time when the hook-and-loop tape 26 was removed from the back sheet 丨 2 to 30 mm before the entire peel. The post-treatment oil agent is one that imparts softness and smoothness to the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric 42 or imparts water repellency to the nonwoven fabric 42, and may be applied to the nonwoven fabric 42 and kneaded into the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric 42. As the post-treatment oil, an anionic or nonionic, cationic, or amphoteric surfactant may be used, or a mixture of these surfactants may be used. For anionic or nonionic surfactants, in order to easily adhere to these fibers, any of these surfactants may be mixed with fats or waxes, fatty acids, high-grade alcohol, mineral oil, and hardened oil. If the content of the oil treatment agent for the post-treatment of the fiber nonwoven fabric 42 exceeds 0.04 wt%, as time passes, the oil treatment agent for the post treatment will gradually reduce the adhesive force of the adhesive agent 30, and there will be a hook and loop tape 2 6 For the back sheet 1 2 The bonding strength is less than 4N / 20 mm. If the bonding strength is less than 4N / 20 mm, the hook-and-loop tape 26 will be easily peeled from the outer surface of the back sheet 1 2. When the hook-and-loop tape 26 is pulled strongly in the lateral direction, the hook-and-loop tape 26 will be from the back. When the outer surface of the sheet 12 is peeled off. When the content of the oil treatment agent for the post-treatment of the fiber nonwoven fabric 42 is less than 0.04% by weight per unit fiber weight of the non-woven fabric 42, it can be prevented from being caused by -14-, (11) (11) 200404522 post-treatment oil agent. The lowering of the adhesive strength of the adhesive 30 can prevent the adhesive strength of the fixing portion 27 of the hook and loop fastener 26 from being reduced to the back sheet 12 even if the diaper 10A is left for a long time. The diaper 1 OA, even if placed in an environment with a temperature of 50 ° C and a humidity of 60% for 1 week, the fixing part 2 7 of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 7 has 4N / 2 0 mm or more for the back sheet 1 2 The strength is strong, so even if the diaper 10 OA is left for a long time, even if the hook and loop fastener 26 is pulled apart in the lateral direction and the first and second free portions 28 and 29 are unfolded, there will be no hook and loop fastener 26 from the back sheet. 1 2 When the outer surface is peeled off. Also, in this diaper 10A, the content of the oil treatment agent for the non-woven fabric 41 after the surface sheet 11 is formed in the same manner as the back sheet 12 is preferably 0.04 wt% or less per unit fiber weight of the non-woven fabric 41. The surface The bonding strength of the sheet 11 and the back sheet] 2 is preferably at least 0.1 5 N / 2 5 mm. The content of the oil treatment agent for the non-woven fabric 41 is measured in the same way as the non-woven fabric 4 2. The adhesion strength of the front and back sheets 1 1 and 1 2 is the same as that of the hook and loop tape 2 6 and the back sheet 1 2 The same test method was used (however, the test sheet is made of the front and back sheets 1 and 12 which are fixed to each other). If the content of the oil treatment agent after the fiber nonwoven fabric 41 exceeds 0.0 4 wt%, as time passes, the oil treatment agent after the treatment will gradually reduce the adhesive force of the adhesive, and there will be a surface sheet 11 and a back sheet. When the bonding strength is less than 0.15N / 20 mm. When the bonding strength of the front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12 is less than 0.1 5N / 25 mm, when the hook and loop fastener 26 is pulled strongly in the lateral direction, there will be such sheets 1 1 and I 2 between each other> 15 -(12) (12) 200404522 peeled trf shape. If the sheets 1 1 and 2 are peeled off, the force pulling the hook and loop tape 2 6 only acts on the back sheet 1 2, and the back sheet 1 2 may be damaged. Surface sheet 1 1 and back sheet]. 2 When the bonding strength is 0.1 5N / 2 5 mm or more, even if the hook-and-loop strip 26 is pulled away in the lateral direction, the surface sheet is placed on the part where the hook-and-loop strip 26 is provided. 1 1 and the back sheet 1 2 will not be peeled off. Moreover, because the force of opening the hook-and-loop fastener 2 6 is supported by the front and back sheets 1 and 1 2, the hook-and-loop fastener 2 6 can be easily directed outward in the lateral direction. Expand. Figures 4 and 5 are perspective views of the diaper 10B shown as another example, and a sectional view taken along line 5-5 of Figure 4. In Fig. 4, the horizontal direction is shown by an arrow L, and the vertical direction is shown by an arrow M. At the same time, the state where the first and second free parts 2 8 and 2 9 are fixedly adhered to the front waist region 14 is shown by a two-dot chain line. . In FIG. 5, the dotted state of the first and second free portions 28 and 29 of the hook-and-loop fastener toward the inner side in the lateral direction of the diaper 10B shown by the arrow L2 is shown by two dotted lines. When the first and second free portions 28, 29 of the hook and loop fastener 26 are unfolded in the diaper 10B, the free portions 28, 29 will extend toward the inner side of the diaper 1 0B in the lateral direction, The only difference from FIG. 1 is that it is the same as the diaper 1A of FIG. 1 and other explanations can be omitted by using the same symbol as the diaper 1 A of FIG. 1. The hook-and-loop fastener 26 is provided on both side portions 20 of the front waistline region 14 and extends in a lateral direction. The hook-and-loop tape 26 is a zigzag cross-section, which can be unfolded from the side 20 toward the paper diaper as shown by the two-dot dotted line in Figure 5. The hook and loop tape 2 6 includes a fixed portion 2 7 extending in a lateral direction of -16- (13) (13) 200404522, a first free portion 2 8 connected to the fixed portion 27 and extending in a lateral direction, and a link. A second free portion 29 extending from the first free portion 2 8 in a lateral direction. The fixing portion 27 is fixed to the outer surface of the back sheet 12 by sandwiching the pressure sensitive adhesive 30 on the inner surface. The first free portion 28 is bent at the inner end portion 2 7 b of the fixing portion 27 toward the outside of the fixing portion 27. The first free part 28 is superposed on the outer surface of the fixing part 27, and the intermediary is coated on the inner surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 31 as a fixing and adhering means, and is temporarily fixed to the outer surface of the fixing part 27 in a peelable manner. . The second free portion 29 is bent at the outer end portion 2 8 a of the first free portion toward the outside of the first free portion 2 8. The second free part 29 is superimposed on the outer surface of the first free part 28, and the intermediary is coated on the inner surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 3 2 as a fixed adhesive means, and is temporarily fixed to the first free part in a peelable manner. Department 2 8 outside. On the inner end portion 29b of the second free portion 28, there are formed ears 3 3 with or without a pressure-sensitive adhesive applied. The pressure-sensitive adhesives 3 1 and 3 2 are applied to the entirety of the first free portion 28 and the second free portion 29 except for the ears 33. A release agent (not shown) is applied to the entire outer surface of the fixed portion 27 and the entire outer surface of the first free portion 28. Hook-and-loop tape 26 can be used for disposal of disposable diapers 1 0β soiled by feces. One of the procedures for discarding the diaper 10B is as follows. After removing the diaper 1 0 Β from the wearer, roll the lower hip region 15 toward the front waist region 14 and roll it in the lengthwise direction, while holding the ears 3 3 with your fingers and holding the second free part 2 9 Pull outwards in the lateral direction. When the second free part 29 is pulled outward in the lateral direction, the second free part 29 is peeled from the outer surface of the -17-27 (14) 200404522 1 free part 2 8 and the first free part 2 8 is fixed again. The outer surface of the part is peeled off, and the first and second free parts 28, 29 are spread toward the inner side in the lateral direction. Next, the intermediary pressure-sensitive adhesive agent 32 fixes the inner surface of the second free portion to the outer surface of the lower hip region 15 (the surface of the back sheet 12). The diaper 10B is the same as that shown in FIG. 3, because it is held by the hook and loop fastener 26. Therefore, the diaper 10B can be directly discarded when it is rolled. The hook and loop tape 26 can be used for adjusting the waist size N of the diaper 1 already worn. When adjusting the waist size N of the diaper 1 0B, the first and second free portions 28 of the hook and loop fastener 26 should be opened toward the inner side in the lateral direction, and then the hook and loop fastener 2 6 should be pulled toward the center of the front waist region in the transverse direction. On, as shown by the two-dotted dotted line in FIG. 5, the second free portion 29 of the hook and loop tape 26 is fixedly adhered to the outer surface of the front waist region 14 (the outer surface of the back sheet 12) through the interposing agent 32. When the free part 29 is fixedly adhered to the front waist area 14, the diaper 1 0B can be reduced in size because it can reduce the lateral dimension of the solid part 27 extending from the hook and loop fastener 26 and the side part 20 between the free parts 28 and 29. The waist size N is adjusted to be smaller. In the diaper 10B, the content of the oil treatment agent for the fibrous nonwoven fabric 42 forming the back sheet 12 is 0.04% by weight or less per unit dimension of the nonwoven fabric 42. After the diaper 10B was placed in an environment at a temperature of 60 ° C and a humidity of 60% for 1 week, the adhesion strength of the fixing portion 27 of the hook and loop tape 26 to the back sheet 12 was 4N / 20 mm. The content of the oil treatment agent for the post-treatment of the fiber nonwoven fabric 42 was measured in accordance with the solvent extraction method specified in JIS L] 0 1 5 7.22. Adhesion 29 External state 0B Ruler 29 14 Enclosing the fixed fiber 50 Fasten the rule -18-(15) (15) 200404522 The test method for the adhesion strength of the back sheet 1 2 with 2 6 is the same as the figure 1 the same. For pressure sensitivity, the following agents are used: 3, 3, 3, 2. Release agent, oil for post-treatment, and the same as in Figure 1. The content rate of the oil treatment agent for the post-treatment of the fiber nonwoven fabric 42 was 0.004 wt / unit per fiber weight constituting the nonwoven fabric 42. In the following cases, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the adhesive force of the adhesive 30 caused by the post-treatment oil. Even if the diaper is placed for a long time, the fixing portion 2 of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 6 and the back sheet 1 2 may be prevented. Then the strength decreases. The diaper 1 〇b has a bonding strength of 4N / 20 mm or more for the back sheet 12 due to the fixing portion 27 of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 6 even if the diaper is placed at a temperature of 50 ° C and a humidity of 60% for 1 week. Therefore, even after the diaper 10B is left for a long time, even if the hook-and-loop fastener 2 6 is strongly pulled away in the lateral direction, so that the first and second free portions 2 8 and 2 9 are unfolded, there will be no hook-and-loop fastener 2 7 from The back sheet 12 is peeled from the outer surface. Also, in this diaper 10B, as in the first figure, the content of the oil treatment agent for the fiber nonwoven 41 after the surface sheet 11 is formed so that the nonwoven fabric 41 has a weight per unit of fiber of 0.04. The wt.% or less is ideal, and the bonding strength between the front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12 is preferably α · 15N / 25 mm or more. Figs. 6 and 7 are perspective views of the diaper 10c shown as another example, and Fig. 6 is a sectional view taken along line 7-7. In Fig. 6, the waist direction is shown by an arrow L 'and the lengthwise direction is shown by an arrow M. The first free part 28 is superimposed on the outer surface of the solid surface and interposed therebetween as an adhesive means for fixing the inner surface. The adhesive 3 1 is temporarily fixed to the outer surface of the fixed surface in a peelable manner. The second free part 29 is sounded inside the first free part 28 [bent toward the outside of the first free part 28. The second free part is superposed on the outer surface of the first free part 28, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 3 2 coated with extravagant means is applied to the inner surface of the first free part, and is fixed to the outer surface of the first free part 28 in a peelable manner. . On the second free portion 29, 2a, 9a, the ears 3 3 with and without the pressure-sensitive adhesive applied are formed. The pressure-sensitive adhesive 31 is applied to the first free portion 2 8 and the end portions 2 8 a and 2 8 b, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 3 2 is applied to the ear portion 33 of the 2 free portion 29. And the inner end part 29b and the outer part 29c.苐 1 free part 28, the central part 28c is not coated with the adhesive 31, and the central part 2c is not temporarily fixed to the outer surface of the inner and outer end portions 27a, 27b that are older than the fixed part 27 and the outer surface of the second part 28 , Coated with a release agent (not shown). The hook-and-loop tape 26 can be used for disposal of 10C diapers soiled with feces as in the first figure, or it can be used to adjust the waist size N of the 10C worn diapers. The order of discarding the diapers soiled with feces at 10 ° C and the order of adjusting the waist size N of the 10 ° C is the same as in the first figure. 1 0C ′ is held by the hook and loop fastener 26 because it is rolled up, so it can be discarded directly at 10 C. The diaper 1 0c, by putting pressure on the fixed part 2 7; 27 of it; points 28b 29, it is temporarily removed from the outer end part outside and outside except for the pressure sensitive part 1 of the central part. Diaper Diaper Diaper is oriented-22 · (19) 200404522 The laterally spreading hook-and-loop fastener 26 is oriented toward the back waist. The domain i 6 is pulled laterally toward the center and the second free part 29 of the fastener-loop 26 is fixed and adhered. On the outer surface of the waist area 16 (the outer surface of the back sheet 12), the waist size N of the paper g 1 OC can be adjusted to be smaller. The diaper 1 0C has a content ratio of a fiber non-woven fabric 42 for post-processing of the back sheet i 2 to an oil content of 0.004 wt% or less per unit dimension constituting the non-woven fabric 42. The diaper 1 OC is left at a temperature It is ° C and the humidity is 60%. The adhesion strength of the fixing part 27 of the hook and loop tape 26 tested to the back sheet 12 after 1 week is 4N / 20 mm or more. The content of the oil treatment agent for the post-treatment of the fiber woven fabric 42 was tested in accordance with the solvent extraction method specified in jIS 1 0 1 5 7 · 2 2. The test method for the adhesive strength of the hook and loop tape 26 to the back sheet 12 is the same as that in the first figure. For the next 30 or the adhesive 3 1, 3 2, the release agent, the post-treatment oil agent, the same as used in Figure 1. The content of the oil treatment agent for the post-treatment of the fiber non-woven fabric 42 can prevent the decrease of the adhesion force of the adhesive agent 30 caused by the oil treatment agent for the post treatment when the weight of the unit fiber constituting the woven fabric 42 is 0.04 wt% or less. Even if the diaper 10C is left for a long period of time, the adhesion strength of the fixing portion 27 of the hook and loop fastener 26 to the back sheet 12 can be prevented from decreasing. The diaper 1 ° C is contracted inward in the lateral direction by the waist elastic member 24 and the auxiliary elastic member 34, and a large number of hem 35 'are formed in the front and back waist regions 1 4, 1 6 on the front and back sheets 11, 12 The dimensions between the inner and outer end portions 27a, 27b of the mouthpiece B will shrink, and a large number of hem 36 is formed in the entire fixed portion 27. In the hook and loop tape 2 6, because the first free square is in the fiber of the pants 50 in the L part of the thinner and more than the right part of the part -27- (20) (20) 200404522 2 8 the central part 2 8 c not Since it is temporarily fixed to the fixing portion 27, the central portions 28c and 29c of the first and second free portions 28 and 29 are curved in an arc shape so as to protrude outward from the fixing portion 27. The diaper 1 0 C has a large number of ruffles 36 formed on the fixing portion 26 of the fastening tape 27 by the contraction of the elastic members 2 4 and 3 4, so it is similar to the diaper 1 A in the fastening tape 2 as shown in FIG. 1. Comparing the case where the fixing part 2 7 of 6 does not form a ruffle, the fixing part 27 becomes easy to peel off from the back sheet 12, but the fixing part 2 7 has a thickness of 4 N / 20 mm or more for the back sheet 1 2. The subsequent strength is such that even when the fixing portion 27 is formed with a large number of hems 36, the fixing portion 27 does not peel off from the outer surface of the back sheet 12. In the diaper 10C, since the central portions 2 S c and 29 c of the first and second free portions 28 and 29 are curved toward the outer side of the fixed portion 27 so as to protrude, the holding ear 33 is directed toward the second freedom. When the portion 29 is pulled outward in the lateral direction, the peeling force acts on the inner and outer end portions 28a, 28b of the second free portion 28 and the inner and outer end portions 29a, 29b of the second free portion 29. The free part 29 is peeled from the outer surface of the first free part 28. At the same time, the free part 28 can be simply peeled from the outer surface of the fixed part 27. Also, in this diaper 10C, as in the first figure, the content of the oil treatment agent for the fiber nonwoven fabric 41 after forming the surface sheet 11 was set to be 0.4% by weight per unit fiber weight constituting the nonwoven fabric 41. The following is ideal, and the bonding strength between the front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12 is preferably 0.15N / 25 mm or more. In addition, the content rate of the oil filling agent after forming the fiber nonwoven fabric 43 of the back sheet 1 2 is preferably -24-(21) 200404522 dimension weight per unit fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric 4 3 of 0.0 4 wt% or less, The bonding strength of the non-woven fabric 4 2 and 4 3 is preferably 0.1 5 N / 2 5 mm or more. The content rate of the non-woven post-treatment oil is the same as that of the non-woven fabric 42. The bonding strength between the non-woven fabrics 42 and 43 is measured by the same method as that used for the back sheet 2 with the tape 2 ( S-type cymbals are made of non-woven fabrics that are fixed to each other (4, 2). The content of the oil treatment agent after the fiber non-woven fabric 43; at 0 · 0 4 wt%, the adhesion force of the post treatment oil agent will gradually decrease with the passage of time, and there will be non-woven fabrics 4 2 and 4 3 between each other. When the degree is less than 0.1 5 N / 2 0 mm. If the nonwoven fabrics 4 2 and 4 3 have a strength of less than 0.15 N / 25 mm, the nonwoven fabrics 4 2 and 4 3 will be peeled from each other when the hook and loop fastener 26 is pulled apart strongly. The elastic member 40 is fixed to the movable portion 37b while being partially covered by the movable portion 37b. The fixed both end portions 37c are fixed to the outer surface of the surface sheet 11 extending to the both end portions 19 in a state where they are lying on the inside toward the lateral direction of the diaper 10D. In the leak-proof sheet 37, if the diaper 1OD places the surface sheet inward and bends in the longitudinal direction, the elastic member 40 will contract. The movable part 3 7b will stand up to the upper side of the surface sheet 11. The movable portion 3 7 b forms a barrier against excrement. A pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 38 are provided on both sides 20 of the front waistline region 14 to extend in the longitudinal direction. The hook and loop tape 38 is used when the side portion 20 of the front waistline region i 4 and the side portion 22 of the back waistline region 6 are connected. The hook and loop tape 38 has a long rectangular shape, and the inner surface of the adhesive tape 3 is fixed to the outer surface of the back sheet 1 2. On the entire outer surface of the hook-and-loop fastener 38, a plurality of hooks 39 of the mechanical hook-and-loop fastener are formed. The procedure for attaching the diaper 10D to the wearer is as follows. The inner surface of the side portion 2 2 of the back waist region 16 is overlapped with the outer surface of the side portion 20 of the front waist region 14 and the side portion 22 is pressed against the side portion 20. If the side portion 22 is pressed against the side portion 20, the hook 3 9 formed on the hook-and-loop fastener 3 8 will be hooked on the non-woven fiber forming the back sheet 1 2, and the hook-and-loop fastener 3 8 will intersect the back waistline. Domain] The inner surface of the side portion 22 of 6 can connect the side portions 20 and 22 of these waist regions 14 and 16. As shown in FIG. 10, the diaper 10D connected to the front and rear waist areas 14, 16 is formed with a waist opening 17 and a pair of leg openings 18. After connecting the front and rear waist areas 1 4 and 16 ', let the wearer's feet pass through the waist opening 17 towards the leg opening 18 and pull the diaper 1 0 D to wear -27- (24) (24) 200404522 Author's waist. The diaper 10 D has a fiber non-woven fabric 4 2 that forms a back sheet 12 and a content of an oil (not shown) for post-processing treatment is not more than 0.4 wt% per unit fiber weight of the non-woven fabric 42. 10D Hook-and-loop tape tested after 1 week at 5 (TC and 60% humidity). The bonding strength to the back sheet 1 2 is 4 N / 20 mm or more. Fiber non-woven 42 is used for post-processing. The content of the oil agent is tested in accordance with the solvent extraction method specified in JIS L 1 0 1 5 7.22. The method for testing the adhesive strength of the adhesive tape 38 to the back sheet 1 2 is the same as in Figure 1. 30 or the post-processing oil is the same as in Figure 1. When the content of the post-processing oil agent for the fiber non-woven fabric 42 is 0.04 wt% or less per unit fiber weight constituting the non-woven fabric 42, the post-processing oil agent can be prevented. The reduction of the adhesive strength of the adhesive agent 30 caused by the treatment oil, that is, the long-term placement of the diaper 10 D, can also prevent the adhesive strength of the hook and loop tape 38 from reducing the back sheet 1 2. The diaper 1 0D, even if the It is placed at a temperature of 50 ° C and humidity 1 week in 60% environment, because the hook-and-loop fastener 3 8 has a bonding strength of 4 N / 20 mm or more for the back sheet 1 2, even after the diaper 10D is left for a long time, even if the hook-and-loop fastener 38 and the back are repeated At the junction of the side portion 22 of the waist region 16, the hook-and-loop fastener 3 8 does not peel off from the outer surface of the back sheet 1 2. Also, in this diaper 10D, as in FIG. 1, it forms a surface sheet. The content rate of the oil treatment agent for the fiber nonwoven fabric 41 after the treatment is preferably Q. 〇4 wt% or less per unit fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric 4]. -28-(25) (25) 200404522 Surface sheet 1 1 and The adhesive strength of the back sheet 12 is preferably 0.15 N / 25 mm or more. For the surface sheet 11, in addition to the hydrophilic fiber nonwoven fabric, a hydrophobic fiber nonwoven fabric having a large number of openings may be used, and a plurality of fine openings may be used. Any of the plastic film with holes. On the surface sheet 1 1 or the leak-proof sheet 3 7 fiber nonwoven fabric 4 1, 4 4, you can use water needle nonwoven fabric or needle 1 nonwoven fabric (melt blown (me 11 b 1 〇wn) non-woven, thermal-bond Cloth, spunbond non-woven fabric, chemical non-woven hot-melt (chemica 1-b 〇11 d) non-woven fabric.-Fibrous non-woven fabric 4 2, 4 3 forming the back sheet 1 2 to use spunbond non-woven fabric and water needle Any of the non-woven fabrics is ideal, and needle-punched non-woven fabrics or melt-blown non-woven fabrics, hot-melt non-woven fabrics, and chemical non-woven hot-melt non-woven fabrics can also be used. In addition, the back sheet 12 or the leak-proof sheet 37 can also be used on both sides of the meltblown nonwoven fabric or a composite nonwoven fabric (SM nonwoven, SM MS nonwoven, SM MS nonwoven) which is spunbonded to overlap one side. When using a composite nonwoven fabric made of spunbond nonwoven fabric and meltblown nonwoven fabric on the back sheet 12, it is desirable to fix the hook and loop tapes 2 and 3 to the outer surface of the spunbond nonwoven fabric. As the constituent fibers of the non-woven fabrics 41, 42, 43, 44 can be used polyester, polypropylene shin, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene. For the constituent fibers, core-sheath composite fibers, side-by-side composite fibers, shaped hollow fibers, microporous fibers, and bonded composite fibers can also be used. Chip 1 3 is a particulate or fibrous superabsorbent polymer particle-29- (26) (26) 200404522 and pulverized pulp, or a particulate or fibrous superabsorbent polymer particle and pulverized A mixture of pulp and thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers' is compressed to a predetermined thickness. In order to prevent the chip 13 from being crushed or falling off of the polymer particles, the chip 13 is preferably covered with a liquid-pervious sheet such as a fibrous paper or a hydrophilic fibrous nonwoven fabric as a whole. As the polymer particles, starch-based, cellulose-based, or synthetic polymer-based ones can be used. A flexible plastic film or a fibrous nonwoven fabric made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin can be used for the fastener tapes 2 6 and 3 8 ′. In addition, a composite sheet in which a plastic film and a fiber non-woven fabric are overlapped can also be used for the hook and loop tapes 2 6 and 3 8 ′. The fiber non-woven fabrics in the formation of the station buckle market 2 6, 3, 8 are preferably the use of either a spunbond non-woven fabric or a water needle non-woven fabric. The adhesive agent is preferably applied to the surface sheet i or the back sheet 1 2, the leak-proof sheet 3 7 in a spiral or wavy pattern such as a zigzag, dot, or stripe pattern. If the adhesive is applied to the sheet in these forms: j, 1 2, 3, 7 ', the sheets i 丨,] 2, 37 will be intermittently fixed to each other, and the chip 1 3 will be intermittently fixed. The elastic members 24, 25, and 40 are intermittently fixed to the sheets n, 12, and 37 while being bonded to the sheets u and 12. In addition, the sheets 1 1, 1 2, 3 7 are fixed to each other, the chip 3 is bonded to the sheet 1 1, 1 2, and the elastic member 24, 2 5, 4 0 is fixed to the sheet n 1, 1 2, 3 7. In addition to the adhesive, heat sealing or sonic sealing can also be used. The paper fasteners i0A, 10B, and ioc in the figure 1, 4, and 6 are for the velcro tape 26, which is a person who folds a velcro tape into a zigzag section, but the fixing part 27 and the first 1 and the second free part 28 and 29 are formed with different types of hook-and-loop fasteners -30- (27) (27) 200404522, and after connecting these hook-and-loop fasteners to each other, they are folded into a Z-shaped section. When these diapers 10A, 10B, 10C and the hook and loop fastener 26 are formed of a fibrous non-woven fabric, instead of the adhesive 3 1 and 3 2, a machine may be formed on the inner surface of the first and second free parts 2 8 and 2 9 Hooks in sex tape. In addition, in the diapers 1 0 A, 10 B, and 10 C shown in Figs. 1, 4, and 6, the hook-and-loop fasteners 2 6 can also be arranged on both sides 2 2 of the back waist region 16 and sandwiched. The agent 3 〇 fixes the fixing part 27 of the hook and loop tape 26 to the outer surface of the back sheet 1 2 of the back waist area 16. In these diapers 10 A, 10 B, 10 C, a hook-and-loop fastener 26 extending in the longitudinal direction may also be arranged at the center of the lateral direction of any of the front and rear waist regions 1 4 and 16 and The interposing adhesive 30 fixes the fixing portion 27 of the hook and loop tape 26 to the outer surface of the back sheet 12. At least the back sheet 12 of the diaper 10C, the top sheet 11 and the back sheet 12 shown in Fig. 6 may also be formed of a fibrous nonwoven fabric having elasticity. In this case, it is possible to save the provision of the auxiliary elastic member 34 on the back sheet 12. When the back sheet 12 of the diaper 10C is formed of a stretchable fiber nonwoven fabric, the fixing portion 27 of the hook and loop fastener 26 is fixed to the back sheet 12 in a state of being stretched in the horizontal direction. For the stretchable fiber nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric or a meltblown nonwoven fabric formed of a stretchable fiber obtained by melting and spinning a thermoplastic elastomer resin can be used. In addition, it is also possible to use a thermoplastic synthetic resin made of any one of polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyester by overlapping two sides or one side of a stretchable fiber nonwoven fabric formed of thermoplastic elastomer resin fibers. Composite non-woven fabric made of melted and spun crimped fibers. The diaper in Figure 8] 0 D 'You can also arrange the hook-and-loop fastener 3 8 on both sides of the back waist area 1 6 -31-(28) (28) 200404522 22, and sandwich the adhesive 3 0 to stick The inner surface of the buckle 1 3 8 is fixed to the outer surface of the back sheet 1 2 of the back waist area 16. [Effects of the Invention] According to the disposable wearable article of the present invention, the content of the oil agent for the treatment of the non-woven fabric after forming the back sheet is 0.004 wt% per unit fiber weight constituting the non-woven fabric. In the following, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the adhesive force of the adhesive caused by the post-treatment oil. Even if the article is left for a long time, the adhesive strength of the adhesive tape to the back sheet does not decrease. Even if the article is left for a long time, because the hook and loop fastener has a bonding strength of 4N / 20 mm or more to the back sheet, even after the article is left for a long time, even if the hook and loop tape is strongly pulled away in the lateral direction, or the hook and loop are repeated At the intersection of the tape and the back sheet, there is no case where the hook and loop tape is peeled from the back sheet. The hook-and-loop diaper is equipped with a diaper. The hook-and-loop diaper can be used to keep the diaper soiled by excrement in a predetermined shape, or the hook-and-loop diaper is used to adjust the waist size of the diaper. On either side of either of the front and back waist areas, a diaper having a hook and loop fastening means is provided, and the sides of the temple waist area can be connected to each other by a hook and loop tape.
