Abstract
Method of preparing haemostatic material comprising: dissolving gelatin in soft water containing auxiliary agent at room temperature for 5-20 minutes; increasing the temperature to 60-80讈 for 60-90 minutes; adding polyvinyl alcohol in soft water for 20-50 minutes and increasing the temperature to 85-98讈 for 120 minutes; mixing the solution containing gelatin and the solution containing polyvinyl alcohol; filtering the mixture at 60-80讈 with a steel filter; defoaming the gelatin solution at 60-80讈 for 3 hours; spinning the gelatin solution at 60-90讈 by passing the solution through a spout to form filament; cutting the filament into predetermined length.
