TARIFNAME DURDURUCUYA SAHIP BIR TEPSI IÇEREN BIR FIRIN Teknik Alan Bu bulus, özellikle ankastre firinlarda, mini firinlarda ya da tam boy firinlarda kullanilan ve büküm seklindeki bir durdurucu sayesinde pisirme haznesi içerisinden disari dogru çekildiginde raflara sikisarak kontrolsüz olarak raflardan çikarak düsmesinin önüne geçilmesinin saglandigi bir tepsiye sahip bir firin ile ilgilidir. Önceki Teknik Firinlar, içerisinde birden çok tepsi bulunduran ve söz konusu tepsiler yardimi ile içerisinde ekmek, yemek, pasta gibi yiyeceklerin pisirildigi elektrikli cihazlardir. Tepsiler bir kapak yardimi ile açilip kapanan açikliktan içeri sokulmakta, rafa yerlestirilerek firin gövdesi içerisinde ileri geri hareket ettirilmekte ve pisirme islemi için sabitlenebilmektedir. Tepsiler pisirme haznesindeki raflara bir ucundan yerlestirilmekte ve yine uçlarindan çekilerek disari çikarilmaktadir. Tepsileri firindan çikarma islemi esnasinda raf üzerindeki hareketlerini kisitlayici bir çözüm yer almadigi için çogunlukla tepsiler disari çikarmak için verilen hareket sonucu raflardan yere düsmektedir. Bu nedenle günümüzde tepsilerin pisirme haznesinden çikarilirken raflardaki hareketini sinirlandiracak ve raflarin düsmesini engelleyecek çözümlere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda yer alan TR2012/0439l sayili Türk patent dokümaninda içerisinde birden fazla izgara veya tepsinin tasinmasina olanak saglayan destek elemanlarina sahip bir firindan bahsedilmektedir. Söz konusu bulusta bahsedilen destekler firinin pisirme odasi içerisinde yan duvarlara karsilikli olarak konumlandirilmakta olup tepsinin pisirme odasi içerisine yerlestirilmesini saglamaktadir. Bulusta bahsedilen tepsi üzerinde en azindan iki adet çikintiya sahip olup söz konusu çikintilar tepsi üzerine yerlestirilen tel izgaranin tepsi üzerine yerlestirilmesi sirasinda desteklenmesini saglamaktadir. Izgara teli üzerinde yer alan en azindan bir büküm noktasinin tepsi üzerinde yer alan çikinti üzerine yerlestirilmesi sirasinda esnemesi saglayarak durdurucu ile etkilesime girmesi saglanarak pisirme orasi içerisinde iZgaranin tepsi üzerine yerlestirilmesi saglanmaktadir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda yer alan TR2018/06716 sayili Türk patent dokümaninda iZgara ve tepsilerin düsmesini engelleyen bir sisteme sahip bir firindan bahsedilmektedir. Söz konusu bulusta bahsedilen firinin iç haznesinde pisirme isleminin gerçeklestirilmesi saglanmakta ve içerisine koyulan tepsi ve/Veya iZgaranin kullanici tarafindan çekildigi sirada belirlenen bir noktada kitlenmesini saglayarak düsmesini engelleyen bir kilit bulunmaktadir. Söz konusu kilit sayesinde kullanicinin tepsi ve/Veya iZgarayi firinin iç haznesinden çekmesi sirasinda güvenli bir noktada durdurulmasini saglanarak kullanicinin yaralanmasi ve yiyeceklerin dökülmesinin engellenmesi saglanmaktadir Bulusun Kisa Açiklamasi Bu bulusun amaci, tepsinin sahip oldugu büküm seklindeki durdurucunun tepsinin pisirme haznesinden çikarilma islemi esnasinda raflarda sikisarak tepsinin hareketinin sinirlandirildigi ve kontrolsüz olarak raftan düsmesinin önüne geçildigi bir firin gerçeklestirmektir. Bulusun diger amaci, büküm seklindeki durdurucunun yer almadigi diger uçta yer alan ve tutulmayi kolaylastiran yükselti seklinde bir tutamak içeren tepsiye sahip bir firin gerçeklestirmektir. Tutamak Tepsilerin pisirme haznesi içerisinden çikarilma islemi esnasinda gerçeklestirdigi dogrusal hareketin sinirlandirilmasi ile düsmesinin önüne geçilmesinin saglandigi bulus konusu bir firin (l), -en az bir açikliga ve söz konusu açikliktan erisilen en az bir pisirme haznesine (3) sahip olan en az bir gövde (2), -gövdede (2) yer alan açikligin açilip kapatilmasini saglayarak pisirme haznesine (3) erisimi kontrol eden en az bir kapak (4), -pisirme haznesi (3) içerisinde ileri ve geri olmak üzere hemen hemen dogrusal hareket eden en az bir tepsi (5), -pisirme haznesinin (3) yan yüzeylerini olusturan ve tepsilerin (T) ileri geri hareketlerine yataklik eden karsilikli birden fazla kizak (7) içeren en az iki yan duvar (6) ve -tepsi (5) kenarlarindan yan duvar (6) üzerinde hareket etmeyen kenarlarindan herhangi birinde yer alan ve yan duvardaki (6) kizaklar (7) arasina sikisarak tepsinin (5) dogrusal hareketinin sinirlandirilmasini saglayan en az bir durdurucu (8) içermektedir. Bulus konusu bir firinda (l) gövde (2), içerisinde yiyeceklerin pisirilmesi ve/veya isitilmasi için kullanilan bir pisirme haznesi (3) içermektedir. Pisirme haznesi (3) kapak (4) vasitasi ile kullanicinin erisimine açilip kapatilabilmektedir. Pisirme haznesi (3) temel olarak tepsilerin (T) hareketine yataklik eden iki yan duvar (5), yan duvarlarin (5) altinda ve üstünde yer alan taban ve tavan yüzeyleri ve bir arka duvar içermektedir. Bulus konusu firinda (1) tepsi (5) ikisi yan duvarda (6) yer alan kizaklarda (7) hareket etmek üzere toplamda dört adet kenar içermektedir. Tepsi (5) kizaklarda (7) hareket etmeyen iki kenardan biri olan ve pisirme haznesinde (3) kapaga (4) yakin konumda bulunan bir ön kenar ve kapaga (4) uzak konumda bulunan bir arka kenar içermektedir. Durdurucu (8) tercih edilen uygulamada tepsinin (5) arka kenari boyunca uzanmaktadir. Durdurucu (8) arka kenarin yukari dogru bükülmesi ile olusturulan bir çikinti seklindedir. Durdurucu (8), tepsinin (5) pisirme haznesinden (3) disari dogru çikarilmasi islemi esnasinda kizaklar (7) arasinda sikisarak raftan asagi düsmesini engellemektedir. Tepsi (5) durdurucu (8) yer almayan ve yan duvar (6) üzerinde hareket etmeyen diger kenari üzerinde yükselti seklinde olan en az bir tutamak (10) içermektedir. Tepsinin (5) ön kenari üzerinde yer alan tutamak (10) sayesinde rahat tutulmasi saglanarak disari çekilmesi ya da içeri sokulmasi kolaylastirilmaktadir. Tutamak (10) tercih edilen uygulama tepsi (5) kenarin hemen hemen ortasinda ve kenarin tümünü kapsayacak sekilde degil belirli bir bölümünde yer almaktadir. Bulusun tercih edilen uygulamasinda yan duvar (6), üzerinde birden fazla sayida olan ve altli/üstlü konumlandirilan bosluklar (9) içermektedir. Bosluklar (6) her iki yan duvar (5) üzerinde ayni sayida ve birbirini birebir karsilayacak sekildedir. Kizaklar (7) bosluklarin (6) alt ve/veya üst kenarlarinda konumlandirilarak tepsilerin (5) hareket edecegi raIlari olusturmaktadir. Tepsi (5) üzerinde yer alan durdurucu (8) kizaklar (7) arasinda sikisarak tepsinin (5) kizaklardan (7) çikarak disari düsmesini engellemektedir. Bulus konusu firinda (1) tepsi (5) raIlarda kizaklar (7) üzerinde ileri geri hareket etmektedir. Tepsinin pisirme haznesinden çikarilmasi esnasinda tepsiye verilen dogrusal çikarma hareketi, tepsinin arka kenari üzerinde kivrim seklinde olusturulan durdurucu (8) sayesinde sonlandirilmaktadir. Bu sayede tepsinin (5) kizaklardan (7) bosa çikmasi ve kontrolsüz bir sekilde düsmesi engellenmektedir. Diger taraftan tepsinin (5) ön kenarinda yükselti seklinde yer alan tutamak (110) sayesinde tepsinin (5) tutulmasi ve kavranmasi kolaylastirildigi için tepsinin ileri geri hareketi rahat bir sekilde kontrol edilmektedir. TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TRDESCRIPTION OF AN OVEN WITH A TRAY WITH A STOPPER Technical Field This invention relates to an oven with a tray, used especially in built-in ovens, mini ovens, or full-size ovens, which, thanks to a twist-shaped stopper, is secured to the shelves when pulled out of the cooking chamber, preventing it from falling uncontrollably from the shelves. Previous Technical Ovens are electrical appliances that contain multiple trays and are used to bake food such as bread, meals, and pastries. The trays are inserted through an opening that opens and closes with the help of a lid, placed on a shelf, moved back and forth inside the oven body, and secured for the cooking process. The trays are placed on the shelves in the cooking chamber from one end and pulled out from the other end. Because there is no solution to restrict the movement of trays on the racks during the removal process from the oven, the trays often fall from the racks to the floor as a result of the movement made to remove them. Therefore, there is currently a need for solutions that will restrict the movement of trays on the racks and prevent the racks from falling when removing them from the baking chamber. The Turkish patent document TR2012/0439l, which is included in the state of the art, describes an oven with support elements that allow the transport of more than one grill or tray. In this invention, the supports mentioned are positioned opposite each other on the side walls inside the baking chamber of the oven and enable the tray to be placed inside the baking chamber. The tray described in the invention has at least two protrusions on its surface, which provide support when the wire grate is placed on the tray. At least one bend point on the wire grate allows it to flex during placement onto the protrusion on the tray, interacting with a stopper and ensuring the grate is securely positioned on the tray within the cooking chamber. The Turkish patent document TR2018/06716, described in the state of the art, mentions an oven with a system that prevents the grate and trays from falling. The oven described in this invention has a cooking chamber where the cooking process takes place, and a locking mechanism that prevents the tray and/or grate from falling by locking it at a specific point when pulled out by the user. This locking mechanism ensures that the tray and/or grill are safely stopped when the user pulls them out of the oven, preventing injury to the user and spillage. Brief Description of the Invention: The aim of this invention is to create an oven in which the tray's twist-shaped stopper grips the shelves during removal, restricting the tray's movement and preventing it from falling uncontrollably. The other aim of the invention is to create an oven with a tray that does not have the twist-shaped stopper but features a raised handle at the other end for easier gripping. Detailed Description of the Invention The invention, "An Oven with a Tray Equipped with a Stopper," was realized to achieve its purpose and is shown in the attached figures: Figure 1 - Perspective view of an oven with a tray equipped with a stopper. The parts shown in the figures are individually numbered, and the corresponding numbers are given below. Cooking chamber Side wall Cavity The invention is an oven (l) which is designed to prevent the trays from falling by limiting their linear movement when removed from the cooking chamber; - at least one body (2) with at least one opening and at least one cooking chamber (3) accessible through that opening; - at least one lid (4) which controls access to the cooking chamber (3) by opening and closing the opening in the body (2); - at least one tray (5) which moves almost linearly back and forth inside the cooking chamber (3); - at least two side walls (6) which form the side surfaces of the cooking chamber (3) and contain more than one reciprocal slide (7) which support the back and forth movement of the trays (T); - side walls (6) from the edges of the tray (5). The oven in question (1) contains at least one stopper (8) located on any of its non-moving edges and which is clamped between the slides (7) on the side wall (6) to limit the linear movement of the tray (5). The oven in question (1) contains a body (2) and a cooking chamber (3) used for cooking and/or heating food. The cooking chamber (3) can be opened and closed to the user via a lid (4). The cooking chamber (3) mainly consists of two side walls (5) which support the movement of the trays (T), base and top surfaces located below and above the side walls (5), and a rear wall. The oven in question (1) contains a total of four edges, two of which move on slides (7) located on the side wall (6). Tray (5) includes a front edge, one of two non-moving edges on the slides (7) and located near the lid (4) in the cooking chamber (3), and a rear edge located further away from the lid (4). The stopper (8) is preferably located along the rear edge of the tray (5). The stopper (8) is in the form of a protrusion created by bending the rear edge upwards. The stopper (8) prevents the tray (5) from falling off the rack by being squeezed between the slides (7) during the process of removing it from the cooking chamber (3). Tray (5) includes at least one handle (10) which is in the form of a raised edge on the other non-moving edge on the side wall (6) where the stopper (8) is not located. The handle (10) located on the front edge of the tray (5) makes it easy to pull out or put in, ensuring a comfortable grip. The handle (10) is located in a specific section of the tray (5) edge, not almost in the middle and covering the entire edge, as is the preferred application. In the preferred application of the invention, the side wall (6) contains multiple gaps (9) positioned one above the other. The gaps (6) are the same number on both side walls (5) and are perfectly aligned. The slides (7) are positioned on the bottom and/or top edges of the gaps (6) to form the rails on which the trays (5) will move. The stopper (8) located on the tray (5) is clamped between the slides (7) and prevents the tray (5) from coming off the slides (7) and falling out. In the oven (1) in question, the tray (5) moves back and forth on the slides (7) on the racks. The linear removal movement given to the tray when it is removed from the baking chamber is terminated by the stopper (8) formed in the shape of a curve on the back edge of the tray. In this way, the tray (5) is prevented from coming off the slides (7) and falling uncontrollably. On the other hand, the handle (110) located in the shape of a raised handle on the front edge of the tray (5) makes it easy to hold and grip the tray (5), so the back and forth movement of the tray is easily controlled. It is possible to develop a wide variety of applications for the subject of the invention "An Oven (1) with a Tray (5) with a Stopper (8)" and the invention cannot be limited to the examples described herein, but mainly as stated in the claims.
