ÖNCEKI TEKNIK Günlük hayatta daha çok zindelik ve fiziksel uygunluk için yapilan egzersizlerden agirlik çalismakta, ana saseye kaldiraç baglantisi vasitasiyla irtibatli kaldiraç sasesi, agirliklar ve ölçme grubuna sahip sehpali yapida spor aletleri kullanilmaktadir. Belirtilen sehpali spor aletinde, çalisilacak agirlik miktarini belirlemek üzere kullanilan agirlik plakalari, kaldira sasesine ait yan profiller üzerine ayri ayri irtibatlandirilmistir. Sehpali spor aletinde kaldirilacak agirlik miktarinin ayarlanabilmesi için kaldiraç sasesine ait karsilikli yan profiller üzerinde hareketli yapida irtibatli olan agirlik plakalarinin ayri ayri hareket ettirilerek ayarlama islemi gerçeklestirilmektedir. Bu islemde bir takim olumsuzluklar gözlemlenmistir. The invention is specifically designed for weight training, a type of exercise equipment with a main frame connected by a lever linkage, weights, and a measuring group. The weights are concentrated at a single point on the side profiles of the lever frame and moved in one go, allowing the athlete to observe and adjust the weight to be worked with the measuring group in a practical way. The lever frame is connected to the main frame via a lever linkage, and the 1st and 2nd sections are connected to each other via a base plate and fixing shafts. This refers to a weight mechanism that allows the athlete to practically adjust the amount of weight to be worked on the sports equipment by adjusting the weight plates fixed in the positioning gap between the frame, releasing the locking latches from their locking slots when the control lever of the locking group connected to the frame assembly is lifted to the upward position, and then moving the plastic rollers of the drive assembly horizontally to the right/left on the side profiles to bring the frame assembly to the appropriate weight, after which the locking group performs the locking operation. PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE In daily life, weight training is mostly performed in exercises for fitness and physical fitness, and sports equipment with a stand structure, connected to the main frame via a lever linkage, weights and a measuring group are used. In the specified bench exercise machine, the weight plates used to determine the amount of weight to be lifted are individually attached to the side profiles of the lifting frame. To adjust the amount of weight to be lifted on the bench exercise machine, the weight plates, which are attached separately to opposite side profiles of the lifting frame, must be moved individually. Several drawbacks have been observed in this process. These drawbacks are: - Since the weights are attached separately to both side profiles of the lifting frame, adjusting the weight amount by moving them individually takes a long time. - In the process of adjusting the amount of weight to be lifted, if the weights connected independently on both side profiles are not adjusted to the same value by moving them on the side profiles, the amount of weight the athlete will lift during the workout will be different on one side profile than on the other. This causes the lever frame, which is connected to the main frame via a lever connection, to experience itching, and due to this itching, it causes strain on the athlete and damage to their muscles. As a result, due to the negative aspects encountered in the known state of the technique and described above, the need for improvement in the relevant technical field arises. PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION Due to the negative aspects existing in the previous technique, this invention aims to solve all the aforementioned negative aspects. The purpose of the invention is to create a platform for sports equipment used in weight training, primarily for fitness and physical conditioning in daily life. This platform consists of a main frame connected by a lever linkage, a lever frame, weights, and a measuring group. The weights are concentrated at a single point on the side profiles of the lever frame and moved in one go, allowing the athlete to observe and adjust the weight to be worked with using the measuring group. The platform is connected to the main frame via a lever linkage, and the 1st and 2nd sections are connected to each other via a base plate and fixing shafts. The invention involves creating a weight mechanism that allows the athlete to practically adjust the amount of weight to be worked on the sports equipment by moving the plastic rollers of the drive unit horizontally to the right/left on the side profiles, releasing the locking latches from their locking slots when the control lever of the locking group connected to the body assembly is lifted to the upward position, bringing the body assembly to the appropriate weight, and then fixing it by the locking group. At this stage, both locking levers (342) connected to the control knob (343) move downwards along the axis of the lever linkage (342.1), separating from the locking gaps (341) located in the lower part of the side profiles (210), and the body group (310) and therefore the weight mechanism (300) are released. Subsequently, the athlete moves the weight mechanism (300) towards the handle (22) to increase the weight, and towards the lever linkage (111) if he wants to decrease it, by moving the pulleys (331) of the walking group (330) on the side profiles (210). The weight is observed via the measuring group (400). During the movement of the weight mechanism (300) on the side profiles (210), the user releases the control lever (343) as shown in Figure 6, in order to fix the amount of weight to be worked with by the indicator arrow (420) coinciding with the value on the connecting scale (410) on the side profiles (210). At this stage, the control lever (343) moves downwards under its own weight and passes into the locking slots (341) of the locking levers (342) located at its level in the lower part of the side profiles (210), and the amount of weight is adjusted in a practical way.
