Abstract

Pansuman için kullanılacak olan antiseptik solüsyonun içerisinde bulunduğu hazne (2), ittirildiğinde hazne (2) içerisindeki antiseptik solüsyonu iterek dışarı çıkmasını sağlayan piston (1) ve antiseptik solüsyonun hazneden (2) çıkış yaptığı başlık (3) içeren tek kullanımlık pansuman kiti olup özelliği; haznedeki (2) antiseptik solüsyonun içerisine emdirildiği, yaraya temas ederek pansuman işleminin yapılmasını sağlamak üzere, başlık (3) üzerinde takılabilen birleşim aparatının (4) uç kısmında bulunan pansuman malzemesi (5) içermesidir.It is a disposable dressing kit containing a reservoir (2) containing the antiseptic solution to be used for dressing, a piston (1) that pushes the antiseptic solution in the reservoir (2) to come out when pushed, and a head (3) through which the antiseptic solution comes out of the reservoir (2). TARIFNAME TEK KULLANIMLIK PANSUMAN KITI Teknik Alan Bulus, evlerde pansuman uygulamasini kolaylastiran ve kullanilan antiseptik solüsyonlarin verimliligini artiran tek kullanimlik pansuman kiti ile ilgilidir. Teknigin Bilinen Durumu Pansuman, iyilesmeyi desteklemek ve yarayi daha fazla zarardan korumak Için yaraya uygulanan steril bir islemdir. Yara iyilesmesinin iyi, çabuk ve iz birakmadan olmasi için bölgenin ölü dokulardan ve mikroorganizmalardan temizlenmesi ve dis ortamin zararli etkilerinden korunmasi gerekmektedir. Ancak burada antiseptik solüsyonun muhafaza edildigi siseler genellikle çok büyüktür. Bu solüsyonlar da sürekli olarak kullanilmadigi için uzun süre saklanmasi sonucunda etkinliginin azalmasina neden olmaktadir. Konu ile ilgili yapilan arastirma sonucunda, 2017/15159 numarali "Cepte tasinabilir tek kullanimlik pansuman seti" baslikli faydali model basvurusuna rastlanilmistir. Ilgili basvuruda, sivi bazli pansuman gereçlerinin, tek kullanimlik islak mendil formunda ve diger pansuman gereçlerinin tek kullanimlik boyutlarda, her biri ayri bir ambalajda olacak sekilde konumlandirilmis oldugu tek kullanimlik ambalajlar; tek kullanimlik ambalajlarin, barindirdiklari pansuman gerecinin pansuman islemi sirasindaki kullanim siralamasina göre üst üste veya yan yana konumlandirilmis oldugu ana paket içeren cepte tasinabilir tek kullanimlik pansuman seti açiklanmistir. Sonuç olarak, yukarida anlatilan olumsuzluklardan dolayi ve mevcut çözümlerin konu hakkindaki yetersizligi nedeniyle ilgili teknik alanda bir gelistirme yapilmasi gerekli kilinmistir. Bulusun Amaci Bulus, mevcut durumlardan esinlenerek olusturulup yukarida belirtilen olumsuzluklari çözmeyi amaçlamaktadir. Bulusun ana amaci, saglik egitimi almamis kisilerin evlerinde steril sartlari saglamakta zorlanmadan ve evlerinden çikmadan pansuman yapmalarini kolaylastirmaktir. Bulusun diger bir amaci, pansuman alaninin büyüklügüne göre tek kullanimlik olarak üretilmesidir. Böylelikle solüsyonun uzun süre saklanmasina gerek kalmamaktadir ve solüsyonun etkinligi de kaybolmamaktadir. Haznenin (2) boyutu, pansuman yapilacak bölgenin büyüklügüne göre seçilebilmektedir. Birlesim aparati (4), baslik (3) üzerinde takilabilen ve basliktan (3) gelen antiseptik solüsyonu, birlesim aparatinin (4) uç kisminda bulunan pansuman malzemesine (5) aktarilmasini saglayan parçadir. Birlesim aparati (4) ve pansuman malzemesi (5) birbirine yapisiktir ve ayrilmamaktadir. Burada pansuman malzemesi (5) tercihen steril emici peddir. Pansuman malzemesinin (5) sterilligini korumak adina üzerinde sterilizasyon bandi kaplanmis halde bulunmaktadir. Bahsedilen bant, kullanimdan hemen önce çikarilmaktadir. Bulus konusu tek kullanimlik pansuman kitinin 'örnek bir uygulamasi su sekildedir: Piston (1), hazne (2) ve basliktan (3) olusan kisim ile birlesim aparati (4) ve pansuman malzemesinden (5) olusan kisim ayri ayri paketlenmis bir sekilde bir kutu içerisinde bulunmaktadir. Birlesim aparati (4) ve pansuman malzemesi (5), pansuman alaninin büyüklügüne göre paketin içerisinde birden fazla olacaktir. Burada hazne (2) 'onceden antiseptik solüsyon ile doldurulmus bir haldedir. Pansuman yapacak kisi sterilligi saglamak adina tercihen yine tek kullanimlik bir eldiven de giyerek bahsedilen iki paketi açar ve birlesim aparatini (4) basliga (3) siki bir sekilde takar. Pansuman malzemesi (5) üzerinde bulunan sterilizasyon bandi çikarilir. Sonrasinda piston (1) üzerinde kuvvet uygulayarak hazne (2) içerisindeki antiseptik solüsyonun basliktan (3) çikip, birlesim aparati (4) üzerinden pansuman malzemesine (5) emdirilmesini saglar. Antiseptik solüsyon pansuman malzemesine (5) aktarildiktan sonra pansuman malzemesi (5), pansuman yapilacak yaraya veya bölgeye temas ettirilerek pansuman islemi uygulanmis olur. Gerekirse hazne içerisinde kalan solüsyon ve paketin içerisindeki diger pansuman malzemeleriyle islem tekrarlanabilir. Sonrasinda bulus konusu pansuman kiti, kutusuna konularak tibbi atik olmak üzere kaldirilir. TR TR TRDESCRIPTION OF SINGLE-USE DRESSING KIT Technical Field This invention relates to a single-use dressing kit that facilitates home dressing application and increases the efficiency of antiseptic solutions used. State of the Art Dressing is a sterile procedure applied to a wound to promote healing and protect the wound from further damage. For good, rapid, and scarless wound healing, the area must be cleaned of dead tissue and microorganisms and protected from harmful effects of the external environment. This process is usually done with an antiseptic solution. Individuals without medical training have difficulty providing the necessary sterile conditions for dressing application. Therefore, post-operative patients have to go to healthcare facilities for dressing application. In current practice, dressing kits are found in first aid kits or cabinets in homes or workplaces. However, the bottles in which the antiseptic solution is stored are usually very large. Since these solutions are not used continuously, their effectiveness decreases as a result of long-term storage. As a result of research on this subject, a utility model application numbered 2017/15159, titled "Pocket-sized disposable dressing kit," was found. In this application, a pocket-sized disposable dressing kit is described, consisting of disposable packages in which liquid-based dressing materials are in the form of single-use wet wipes and other dressing materials are in single-use sizes, each in a separate package; and a main package in which the disposable packages are positioned one on top of the other or side-by-side according to the order of use of the dressing material they contain during the dressing process. In conclusion, due to the aforementioned drawbacks and the inadequacy of existing solutions in this area, a development in the relevant technical field has become necessary. Purpose of the Invention: The invention is inspired by existing situations and aims to solve the aforementioned drawbacks. The main purpose of the invention is to facilitate wound dressing for individuals without medical training, allowing them to perform sterile dressings at home without difficulty and without leaving their homes. Another purpose of the invention is to produce single-use solutions according to the size of the dressing area. A third purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the antiseptic solution used for wound dressing. To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, ... Connecting apparatus Detailed Description of the Dressing Kit This detailed description explains the preferred configuration of the disposable dressing kit that is the subject of the invention, solely for the purpose of better understanding the subject. In the invention, the antiseptic solution to be used for dressing is contained in a reservoir (2). Inside the reservoir (2) is a piston (1) that can be moved linearly. When force is applied to the piston (1) by the user, the piston (1) pushes the antiseptic solution inside the reservoir (2), causing it to come out through the cap (3) at the other end of the reservoir (2). The reservoir (2) contains enough antiseptic solution for a single dressing area. Thus, there is no need to store the solution for a long time, and the effectiveness of the solution is not lost. The size of the reservoir (2) can be selected according to the size of the area to be dressed. The connecting device (4) is the part that can be attached to the cap (3) and allows the antiseptic solution from the cap (3) to be transferred to the dressing material (5) at the end of the connecting device (4). The connecting device (4) and the dressing material (5) are attached to each other and cannot be separated. Here, the dressing material (5) is preferably a sterile absorbent pad. To maintain the sterility of the dressing material (5), it is covered with a sterilization band. This band is removed immediately before use. The subject of the invention, the disposable dressing kit, is presented as follows: The part consisting of the piston (1), reservoir (2) and cap (3), and the part consisting of the connecting apparatus (4) and dressing material (5) are separately packaged in a box. The connecting apparatus (4) and dressing material (5) will be more than one in the package, depending on the size of the dressing area. Here, the reservoir (2) is pre-filled with antiseptic solution. The person performing the dressing opens the two packages, preferably wearing disposable gloves to ensure sterility, and attaches the connecting apparatus (4) tightly to the cap (3). The sterilization band on the dressing material (5) is removed. Afterwards, by applying force on the piston (1), the antiseptic solution inside the reservoir (2) is dispensed from the cap (3) and absorbed into the dressing material (5) via the connecting apparatus (4). After the antiseptic solution is transferred to the dressing material (5), the dressing material (5) is brought into contact with the wound or area to be dressed, and the dressing procedure is applied. If necessary, the procedure can be repeated with the remaining solution in the reservoir and other dressing materials in the package. Afterwards, the dressing kit, which is the subject of the invention, is placed in its box and disposed of as medical waste.
