Abstract

Bir gıda takviyesinin üretilmesine yönelik bir süreç olup özelliği, aşağıdaki işlem aşamalarını içermesidir: - önceden belirlenmiş miktarda polifenol içeren belirli bir miktarda zeytinin tanzim edilmesi;- söz konusu miktardaki zeytinin bir öğütme işlemine tabi tutulması ve akabinde söz konusu öğütme işlemiyle elde edilen yağın yağsız bir zeytin ezmesi elde edecek şekilde ayrılması;- yağdan arındırılmış söz konusu zeytin ezmesinin kurutulmuş bir ezme elde edecek şekilde bir kurutma işlemine tabi tutulması;- söz konusu kurutulmuş zeytin ezmesinin bir öğütme işlemine tabi tutulması ve akabinde bir zeytin unu elde edecek şekilde elekten geçirilmesi; - ve söz konusu unun kapsüllere, tabletlere veya saşelere ve benzerlerine yerleştirilmesi.
