Abstract

In particular, the invention consists of a hollow meringue, filling material and a cream (chocolate-cocoline) structure that will allow mass production of products such as profiteroles and eclairs, which are more expensive than standard desserts, remaining in the patisserie channel, to be placed on the shelves.
