TR TR TR DESCRIPTION TOILET SEAT SYSTEM THAT CAN CLOSE DOWNWARDS TECHNICAL FIELD The invention contains an innovation in that it has a 3-pipe that is different from the water pipe (water-containing channel) in normal toilets, and thanks to the difference in this pipe, water does not spill when closed downwards. The plate in this toilet system and the parts attached to the plate, that is, the entire system, is related to the toilet system that provides the ability to move the toilet (opening and closing) and can be closed downwards, which is not available in existing toilets. BACKGROUND ART Toilets are fixed products that are generally fixed to the floor or the wall, have a drain pipe (containing water inside) and the waste water outlet is directly towards the back or downwards (towards the wall or floor of the building). Toilets used almost all over the world have similar functional features. From a functional perspective, toilet bowls have similar s-pipe forms and the s-pipe structure is located within the toilet itself. The septic tank in the toilet, or in other words the water holding channel, transfers the dirt in the toilet to the building's waste water installation with the water coming from the cistern. Some water remains in the septic tank channel inside the toilet, and this water prevents the bad odors coming from the installation. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention is related to a toilet system that has a 3-pipe different from the s-pipe (water-containing channel) in normal toilets, a toilet plate to which this toilet is connected, a valve at the cistern outlet and an articulated waste water connection. The toilet system that is the subject of our invention has the ability to close downwards without spilling water, thanks to the difference in its 5 pipes, and also saves space. A mechanical system that provides this downward movement has been developed. LIST OF FIGURES Figure 1. Front perspective view of the toilet system (toilet closed) Figure 2. Thanks to its difference, this toilet saves space by closing downwards without spilling water. The system seen in Figure 1 is the closed version of the toilet that can be closed downwards. This type of system can be completely embedded in the wall, slightly protruding from the wall, or completely outside the wall. Figure 2 shows the open version of the toilet system. The cistern panel (3) of the toilet can be both manual and photocell in two different liter options. The toilet panel (6) contains the cistern panel (3), the toilet on-off button (4), the radio buttons (5) and the stop valve (8). It allows the napkin holder (7) and brush holder (9) to be stored inside the system. The toilet seat (2) can be fixed to at least one of the downward-closing toilet bowl (1) and the downward-closing toilet system plate (22). Figure 3 shows the dismantled version of the downward-closing toilet (1). The toilet bowl can be removed from the plate while the toilet system is open. The downward-closing toilet system plate (22) is connected to the downward-closing toilet system frame (23) with ball bearings (25) on both sides and a movable support arm (13) from the back, and is the part where the downward-closing toilet bowl (1) is fixed to the system. In this way, the downward-closing toilet system plate (22) enables the downward-closing toilet bowl (1) to be opened and closed (Figure Bb). The downward-closing toilet system plate (22) has holes of different sizes on it so that the clean water inlet pipe (26) and the toilet waste water outlet elbow (12) can be attached to the downward-closing toilet (1). The downward-closable toilet system plate (22) is folded down by the piston motor (15), one end of which is connected to the downward-closable toilet system frame (23), and the collapsible plate support arm (13), whose other end is connected to the collapsible plate support arm (13). It opens by going down and closes by going up. The toilet system plate (22), which can be closed downwards, directly transfers the load applied by the toilet to the toilet system frame (23), which can be closed downwards, thanks to the collapsible plate support arm (13) brought to a linear position by the piston motor (15) (Figure 6a). The piston engine (15) can be at least one of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic and manual types. Toilet system plate (22) that can be closed downwards. It provides support in fixing the downward-closable toilet bowl (1) to the system, opening and closing the cistern outlet valve (16), fixing the toilet wastewater outlet elbow (12) and the clean water inlet pipe (26) to the downward-closable toilet bowl (1). The toilet waste water outlet elbow (12), the articulated waste water pipe/elbow connection (1 1) and the bellows (10) seen in Figure 4, the connection from the toilet waste water outlet (20) to the waste water installation connection (21) and the toilet system. They are the components of the connection that move when opened and closed. Articulated waste water pipe/elbow connection (11) that connects the toilet waste water outlet elbow (12) and bellows (10), the toilet bowl (1) which can be closed with one side downwards and the toilet system plate (1) that can be closed downwards to connect the waste water drain connection of the toilet ( It is used between two non-moving connections on the side of the fixed waste water installation elbow (21), which moves with the 22) and the other side of which is connected to the bellows (10). The articulated waste water pipe/elbow connection (11) has at least one sealing gasket and rotates easily without leaking water, having at least one of the structures with ball, non-ball, metal, non-metal, bearing or non-bearing. At least one aspect of the articulated waste water pipe/elbow connection (11) may be integral with a 90 degree elbow, or at least one aspect may be integral with a straight pipe. When the toilet system is closed, the elbow bellows (10) connected to the waste water installation connection (21) flexes as in Figure 9. The cistern outlet valve (16), fixed to the outlet of the cistern (1?), closes when the downward-closing toilet (1) is closed (Figure 6b), cutting off the water flow of the upside-down closed downward-closing toilet (1). The valve opening and closing lever (14) fixed to the downward-closable toilet system plate (22) moves the cistern outlet valve lever, causing the cistern outlet valve (16) to close when the downward-closable toilet system plate (22) closes (Figure 6b) and the downward-closable toilet. By allowing the system plate (22) to open when it is opened (Figure 6a), it prevents the water flow from the cistern (17) when the downward-closing toilet (1) is closed. Figure 7, Figure 8, Figure 9 and Figure 10 show the downward-closing toilet (1) and the lower part of the toilet. In Figure 8, Figure 9 and Figure 10, the water holding sections that form the s pipe of the downward-closing toilet (1) are shown in 2 parts. In this toilet, the waste water outlet (20) is not directly towards the back, as in normal toilets. While normal toilets have a single water holding compartment (water trap, s pipe, water channel) before the toilet outlet; In the downward-closing toilet described in our invention (1), the water holding compartment is u-shaped and consists of 2 parts, and it ensures that the toilet contains water when it is closed downwards. The s-pipe of the downward-closable toilet bowl (1) consists of the u-shaped s-pipe, defined as the water holding channel 1st Section (18) and the following water holding channel 2nd Section (19), and is integral with the downwardly closing toilet bowl (1). (it is monolithic). The 8 pipes, consisting of the 1st Section (18) of the water holding channel and the 2nd Section (19) of the water holding channel following it, first turn towards the front and then backwards from at least one of the right and left sides, turning 180 degrees back from the front, that is, they reach the toilet from the bottom. When looked at, it looks like a u. While the water (24) shown in Figure 10, when the toilet system is open, is located entirely in the 1st Section (18), the water holding channel of the toilet, when the toilet bowl (1), which can be closed downwards, is tilted upside down, that is, when the toilet system is closed, the water (24) flows into both (s). The toilet water storage channel (pipe 3) continues to be shared in the 1st Section (18) and the toilet water storage channel (3 pipe) continues to be shared in the 2nd Section (19). In this way, there is water (24) in the toilet bowl (1), which can be closed downwards, both when the toilet system is open (Figure 10) and when it is closed (Figure 9), and in both cases, bad odors that may come from the plumbing drain of the building are prevented. The elevation (height from the bottom of the toilet) of the water holding channels that form the s-pipe at the bottom of the downward-closing toilet (1) are different from each other. The height of the 2nd part (19) of the WC water supply channel, which ensures that it holds water when the toilet system is turned on and after flushing, from the bottom of the downward-closing toilet bowl (1), the height of the 1st part (18) of the toilet water holding channel, which allows it to keep water while it is open, and the height of the downward-closing toilet bowl (1). It is greater at the bottom than at the height. This height difference can be seen in Figure 10. Thanks to this height difference, when the toilet system is open (Figure 2, Figure 4, Figure 7, Figure 10), water (24) continues to be present in the 1st part of the water holding channel (18) in the downward closing toilet bowl (1). The level of water (24) seen in Figure 7 is determined according to this height difference, and the water level remains the same after flushing, as in normal toilets. When the toilet system is closed, the water that is shared in the 1st Part (18) of the water holding channel and the 2nd Part (19) of the water holding channel, completely fills into the 1st Part (18) of the water holding channel when the toilet system is opened. The downward-closing toilet (1) consumes the same amount of water as a normal toilet, and when flushed, the entire downward-closing toilet (1) and the s pipe of the toilet are cleaned. The downward-closing toilet (1), together with the s-pipe at the bottom, is designed to be able to come out of a single mold without making an opposite angle from the casting mold. This demoulding method enables the downward-closing toilet bowl (1) to be produced faster with lower labor and energy costs. The WC water holding compartment is produced in a single piece, together with the 1st part (18) and the water holding part 2nd part (19). The toilet bowl can be made of ceramic or another material.
